Hillary Clinton, John Spencer and the relatives and friends in the Clinton and Bush Administrations, as well as much of the media, continue to remain silent about what is probably the longest running regime-perpetrated Genocide, that being inflicted by the Chinese Communists with Nazi-style brutality in Occupied Tibet.
Mrs. Clinton has presumably been aware of this matter since the very earliest days of
of her husband’s presidency. Why? Because Bill was very much aware that, on the day before his January 20, 1993 Inauguration, I was arrested at the Capitol in the reception area of the hearing room of the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations. I was there with a written invitation to the hearing and planned to testify against the Clinton
nomination of Warren Christopher as Secretary of State, because he had deep-sixed my docucuments on the Genocide given personally to him by Betty M. Currie.
Within days of Bill Clinton’s electoral victory over Bob Dole in November, 1992, I was on the telephone with his secretary Betty M. Currie, who managed the “Transition”
Office in Little Rock. I told her of the Tibet Genocide, a matter that warranted the attention and comment by the President-elect. Ms. Currie listened and asked some relevant questions. I told her that the Communist Chinese were responsible for the deaths of at least one million Tibetans. I told her that torture is standard operating procedure for the Chinese Communists. She listened as I described one torture, whereby the authorities force a Tibetan nun to disrobe and the lie down on the frozen ground. She must remain there for a prolonged period. When she is ordered to get up, her skin peels off. The Tibetan who told me about this is Nawang Khechog, the world famous flutist and close friend of the Dalai Lama.
Ms. Currie became somewhat upset and asked me to fax her some of my material, which I did with the explicit understanding that she would fax me an acknowledgement and that she would give the documents to Bill Clinton and Warren Christopher. She kept her word. During November and December, 1992 and January, 1993 there were a bunch of calls from my home number at the time, 212-334-9847 to various numbers at the Transition Offices in area code 501 and in Washington. Ms. Currie assured me that she had personally given the documents to Clinton and Christopher and told me that they would respond I writing. She also had me speak with “Amanda”, the secretary to George Stephanopoulos, who also received a set of the documents. Ms. Currie kept her word and Clinton, Christopher, and Stephanopoulos kept silent.

The Foreign Relations Committee Christopher hearing had been delayed until the day before Clinton’s January, 20, 1993 Inauguration because of media reports that Christo- pher had been involved in snooping on anti-war activists. The hearing actually started several hours before the announced starting time so I, accompanied by a writer-associ- ate, were late. As I was showing my invitation to Committee Office Manager Ms. Mason in the reception area, the Capitol Police came in and busted me. They did not, however, arrest my associate, who, using her UP FRONT News credentials and evidently some diplomatic skills, later managed to sit with the media at the Inauguration while I was in what the arresting officers told me was “D.C. Central Block, the worst jail in the country.” Undoubtedly one of the few African-American women among the international and national media, my associate later old me that she and the new president, aware of what had happened the day before, exchanged some knowing glances right there at the Inauguration.
I got out of a very bad jail, the only white person being held, as Clinton was being
inaugurated. I had made my one allotted telephone call to my Congressman, Jerrold Nadler (I was living in a rented loft in Tribeca at the time), who presumably helped get me released. I had a very good lawyer, whose name I cannot remember at this writing, but she looked a lot like Angela Davis. She told me that she had maneuvered to get my case be- cause of her interest in civil rights. She agreed that I should reject the Clinton Administration’s offer that I accept a plea bargain. Since it was the Clinton people who had bro- ken the law to protect themselves and Communist China by arresting a law-abiding journalist, I decided to go to trial. The July, 1993 jury trial, observed by a high level Clinton Stage Department official who bore a strong physical resemblance to Frankenstein, resulted in an acquittal after the jury deliberated for about two hours. After the trial, the Capitol Police could be seen and heard leaving the courtroom berating each other for not getting their lies right on the witness stand.
Some months ago The New York Times reported that Senator Hillary Clinton, with help from her frequent ally George Bush, had what she thought was a secret meeting with the Chinese Ambassador. This was arranged for the further profit of Republicans such as those who comprise the Corning Corporation in upstate New York. The Corning people, you see, were unhappy over the drop in their fiber optics products profits in China
because those Marxists over there were erecting protectionist tariffs. The back-room deal went down, and so did the tariffs. The only things that went up were Corning profits and right-wing campaign contributions to Hillary Clinton. Lovely!
For years during the 1920’s and 1930’s, American capitalists and their political friends did business with Adolf Hitler. Never again?
Mrs. Clinton’s Republican “opponent”, John Spencer, a former Mayor of Yonkers, is the candidate of a fundamentally corrupt political party with an administration that does business as usual with the genocidal militarist racist imperialists in charge in China.

For those who still think that the Leessburg,Virginia-based Hitler-admiring megalomaniacal convicted felon and registered Democrat, neo-fascist cult leader, dictator wannabe Lyndon H. LaRouche, Jr.is nothing more than a crackpot blast from the past,think again. The octogenarian LaRouche, legendary for his Machiavellian and opportunistic swings from “left”to “right” and now “left”again, and his regular resort to politically motivated criminal violence against opponent (e.g. me), is very busy using his considerable camouflage and fifth column skills to bring his racist fascism to America and thereby theworld. Now that Acting President George W. Bush isfrequently competing with Enron’s late Kenneth Lay in popularity polls, largely because of the Iraq disaster, LaRouche is very “left” and doing his infiltrationist thing heavily through the nowpseudo-left Green Party and also to be sure through the Democrats. The Green Party, which, with its last two Ralph Nader candidacies, helped Cheney/Bush to hijack two consecutive elections (while, in classic “left”LaRouche fashion, denouncing them) at least in NewYork exists at this point for the sole purpose of further splitting the left, a key Hitler-invented strategy of fascism as distinct from “conservatism.”As Adolf Hitler recurrently outflanked the traditional left with his denunciations of capitalism and callsfor “socialism”, the Greens, in for example foisting upon the citizens of New York State the candidacy ofits autocratic boss from Syracuse, Howie Hawkins, are essentially trying to hand the U.S. Senate race toRepublicrat Hillary Clinton, while of course denouncing her. Hawkins became the Green candidate when Greenie Brooklyn’s Sander Hicks was dumped after contributing $5,000 to the Republican Party so that he could meet Big Dick Cheney face to face and ask him something about 9/11 (Cheney blew him off much more effectively than he did that quail he missed.) The New YorkGreens, working hand in sleazy hand with the racist Lenora Fulani (who has given us Bloomberg), led by literal death threat-spewing psychopaths like Paul(“Zool”) Zulkowitz, has been doing everything possible to draw votes away from my quite authentically left Democratic write-in challenge to Clinton since I announced my candidacy on February 27, 2005.Zulkowitz, the recurrently smooth-talking self-proclaimed “peace” activist, is the Fulani-fellow who on September, 19, 2005 started a near riot when he invited Cindy Sheehan to speak at his misbegotten parasitical “Camp Casey” in Union Square in Manhattan but lied in claiming he had the required NYPD sound device permit. Zulkowitz responded to my UP FRONT News criticism of his hoax, concocted with his Union Square parasiting demagogue-pal-the terrorism-connectedGeoffrey (“The Jewzi”) Blank, by first sending out e-mails announcing his imminent suicide in LongIsland. That move got him involuntarily committed to a psychiatric facility. Hospital authorities apparentlylet him out too early because, not too long after his release, he let it be known that he was in the possession of a Magnum 357 with which he was going to shoot me. Paul Zulkowitz is on more NYPD and FBI lists than he ever narcissistically fantasized about.And so are his neo-fascist friends, the Green Gerald Kann and psycho-psychotherapist Fred Newman slaveGeorge Tatevosyan, both of whom collaborated in a (witnessed) April, 2004 physical assault upon me to prevent my attending a Manhattan news conference that then presidential candidate Ralph Nader invited me to. Zulkowitz, who at a public fundraising event for Naderat Ethical Culture some months after Nader’s pathetic vote 2004 vote totals described the politically diminishing Nader as being “like a father to me”,tried to get the thrice trounced candidate to become a carpetbagger and move from Washington, D.C. to NewYork and run for the U.S. Senate – against me. Nader,who knows me, didn’t bite. Indeed, when I told Mr. Nader personally at that fundraiser of my Senate candidacy against Mrs. Clinton, he smiled and asked meif that was “a promise.” I said, “Yes” and I have kept my promise. Nonetheless it appears that Ralph Nader, who complained that George W. Bush didn’t answer hisletters but has not answered several from me, remains in denial about the fact that Howie Hawkins is the“split the left” candidate of Lenora Fulani, FredNewman, and Lyndon LaRouche. Dennis King, who has much information onin particular the LaRouche/Fulani/Newman bond, correctly describes LaRouche as a "nazi without a swastika" and "the most dangerous man in America." Itis not at all coincidental that the Greens have essentially become part of a network of Hezbollah andIran supporters, who, at their rallies, furtherpollute the already quite damaged air in New YorkCity. And it certainly makes a perverse kind ofpolitical sense for the Greens to come up with acandidate that, by being a something of a trucker,gives this very white and quite gentrified political party the veneer of class consciousness. Having experienced the rather imperious Hawkins directly on afew occasions, it was not surprising to learn ofGreens leaving the Party because they did not want tobe dictated to by a "Stalinist."If Ralph Nader, who once lowered himself to near bottom of the political barrel by endorsing the loser thug Kann for the New York City Council (Astoria/LIC,Queens) wants to support Hawkins, that is his perogative. Mr. Nader needs to understand, however, that a vote for Hawkins is a vote for Hillary Clinton and, even more ominously, for Lyndon LaRouche. As aDemocratic write-in candidate, I expect to be in any Senate debate that Hawkins worms his way into, and maybe some that he stays away from. The alsoLaRouche-connected Democrat Jonathan Tasini, recently trounced into a hopeful oblivion in the Democratic Primary, consistantly turned whiter than a KKK sheet whenever he saw me and was afraid to debate me. I hope that Hillary Clinton is made of sterner stuff since the offer to her to debate me has been on the table since February 27, 2005.

The states of Florida and Ohio have already distinguished themselves as places where elections are stolen. Well, taking into account how at least some things are handled at the New York City Board of Elections, this City might soon find itself bring unfavorably compared with certain governments in Mexico.

Based on my telephoned and e-mailed description to the New York State Board ofElections of the mismanagement at the NYCBOE taking place under Executive Director John R. Ravitz, the NYSBOE has advised me how to file a formal complaint, which will be done soon .

Shortly after I declared my candidacy as a Democrat for the U.S. Senate in New York in 2005, I registered with the United States Federal Elections Commission. Other than for routine matters, my first contact with them occurred several months ago when I called the FEC in Washington to report politically motivated criminal harassments against me by people associated with the Lenora Fulani-controlled Green Party of New York and by associates of (now soundly crushed in the Democratic Primary) “candidate” Jonathan Tasini. I was told how to submit formal complaints to the FEC and was also advised to submit complaints to local and state election authorities. As far as law enforcement is concerned, I have submitted complaints to the NYPD, New York County District Attorney Robert Morgenthau, New York State Attorney General Eliot Spitzer and, since politically motivated violations of my civil rights are involved, to the FBI. The FBI complaint was made with the explicit approval of the NYPD.

My first effort at submitting my complaint to Mr. Ravitz by e-mail went nowhere because his computer system is programmed to reject e-mails that contain bad words. Since one of the people harassing me had used a very common used four letter wordthat, even with its sexual significance, is probably known to the Pope, the word was included as a quote in the e-mail. When the e-mail was returned with an explanation that suggested that the NYCBOE cannot handle such language, I brought the complaint down to Mr. Ravitz’ office at 32 Broadway and personally handed it to his secretary, Vickie.

When a bureaucrat or elected official or corporate executive wants to cover up wrongdoing, his or her usual practice is to ignore written complaints. Despite a number of telephone calls from me to both him and to the Staten Island (where I live) Borough Office of the NYCBOE, there was no response whatsoever. It became necessary for me to call Frederic I. Umane, a Commissioner of the NYCBOE with an accessible telephone number. Umane did Ravitz’job for him and, stating that the NYCBOE does not have the resources to investigate such complaints, advised me to contact the District Attorney, which I have done. Mr. Umane’s assurance that they allegedly overworked Ravtiz would soon e-mail me was not borne out.

Things with Mr. Ravitz got decidedly worse after the publication on August 21 of a front page article in the Staten Island Advance about my Democratic write-in candidacy for the Senate. The article, a basically solid piece by the Advance’s political editor, Tom Wrobleski, headlined “With the stroke of a pencil, vote for anyone”, focused much attention on the write-in aspect of my campaign. Unlike many write-ins, I am a very serious candidate, who believes that the incumbent is essentially a Republicrat who has sold out the entire country by supporting the Iraq War and has sold out in particular the poor by, for example, her refusal to endorse the Bringing America Home Act and has sold out progressives by taking money from right wing media predator Rupert Murdoch. It took some time for The Advance to take me seriously but Mr. Wrobleski did a solid public service by not only reporting some of the reasons for my opposition to Clinton but also describing the realities and some details of write-in voting.

Mr. Wrobleski wrote, “Even with instruction from poll workers, write-in voters can still make mistakes in the voting booth, like spelling the candidate’s name incorrectly." He quoted Staten Island Borough James Molinaro as stating, “Get just one letter wrong, and the vote doesn’t get credited to you.” Since I am registered to vote as “Thomas F. Weiss” but also known as “Tom Weiss” I needed clarification. I first contacted the Staten Island NYCBOE office and, only after a number of calls, received an e-mail from Sheila Del Giornio, the Chief Clerk there, referring me to the NYCBOE Legal Counsel, but giving me only his telephone number at 32 Broadway. The first time I called the office of Counsel Steven Richman, the telephone was answered by a guy identifying himself as an intern, who interrupted me about four times, each time telling me it made “no difference” how my name was entered. Since, however, the technicalities were brought up by a seasoned political reporter and a borough president, I was not prepared to accept the off-hand response of someone with awful telephone manners who obviously didn’t really care. My later e-mail to Richman, containing as an attachment a copy of Ms. Del Giorno’s e-mail to me, was returned because the NYCBOE e-mail would not accept an attachment (and this one didn’t even have any bad words in it.)

I telephoned Mr. Umane, this time at his law office at the work number he had given me. Mr. Umane got me the answer, which is that either name is okay.Umane, however, did not like the fact that I had criticized Ravitz and included in his e-mail to me a defense of Ravitz that politically resembled George W. Bush’s defense of former FEMA Director Michael Brown, the Republican hack who apparently was under the impression that New Orleans is located in Afghanistan.

On Election Day I voted at a polling site in for the 10th Election District in the 61st Assembly District in Staten Island. When voting for a write-in, inside the voting booth, the voter is to push and hold a button at the top which is supposed to release a small sliding door revealing a space in which the voters enters the candidate’s name in writing. The door did not open. I ended up talking to one of the poll watchers there, who referred me to the coordinator there. He went over, checked the machine and confirmed that it was not working. He then advised me to complete an affidavit (the equivalent of a paper ballot) and the identifying information on a red-lined NYCBOE envelope and to return both to the poll watchers. I did so and the lady asked me why I had filled out the envelope. I said that the coordinator had told me to, at which point she re-referred me to him. His response was to become enraged and to throw me out of the building. As I left I told him words to the effect that it is not intelligent to be abusive to a voter, especially one who is both a candidate and a journalist.

A couple of days after the Primary election (which from my perspective is nothing more than a warm-up for the general election on November 7), one my campaign volunteers, named Theodore, told me about his experience at a polling place on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. As suggested in the Advance article, he approached a poll worker to state that he was going to vote for a write-in. She told him that he could not do that in a prima- ry but only in a general election. That is approximately 100% wrong. Fortunately, my friend does not take uninformed crap from people and went to a supervisor and got to vote for me.

I later learned from another of my campaign volunteers who works as a poll watching coordinator that he had attended the NYCBOE training for poll workers and that there was only minimal mention made about write-in voting.

Based on a reasonable estimate derived from the those who not only told me that they intended to vote for me but would also publicize my media under-reported campaign and encourage others to vote for me, it is quite possible that several hundred people may have at least tried, any number of whom may have given up in the face of NYCBOE obstruction and/or misinformation.

We are now entering into the main phase of this campaign. I expect a great many more votes in the general election than in the primary especially since Mrs. Clinton properly disposed of the phony and pathetic Tasini, who, if nothing else, was a media-duping distraction.
Michael Sessions in November, 2005, after having been disrespected and ignored by the political establishment in the college town of Hillsdale, Michigan, ran for Mayor a write-in. He won by two votes. I am dealing with Hillary Clinton, New York City and State, and the NYCBOE. Good luck to me!

Adolf Hitler came to power by blending the rhetoric of populist “socialism” with care- fully orchestrated intimidation, violence and attacks on the Jews. He campaigned as a de facto leftist, denouncing the capitalists and big landowners known as “Junkers.” He won millions of adherents among the economically disenfranchised Germans paying the Ver- sailles Treaty-dictated price for the German militarists’ loss of World War I. The Nazis organized rent strikes with the Communists in the slums of Berlin. While murdering and beating the craps out of Jews and others who dissented, they preached “peace.”

Hitler’s most formidable contemporary disciple is Lyndon H. Richard Wagner is fine. Duke Ellington, Woody Guthrie, Johnny Cash, Marty Stuart, Lightnin’ Hopkins, the Beatles, and Elvis do not have a chance. As I recall when I visited LaRouche’s hometown of Leesburg, Virginia, his elegant classical music boutique was (is?) known as The Beethoven Shop. (The “Ode to Joy” would become the

While at City College, LaRouche met up with another political lunatic named Fred Newman, who now parades around quite menacingly as a “psychotherapist” and presi- ident of the neo-fascist front organization called the Castillo Cultural Center. Together they created the pseudo-“left” New Alliance Party whose classic split-the-left-by-out- lefting-the-left tactics led directly to the advance of the right with the election of reaction- aries like Ed Koch and George Pataki. “Dr.” Newman, a rather blatant advocate of sex between therapist and patient and a somewhat more camouflaged advocate of pedophilia,
is the political ghoul who brought us the African-American Jew hater Lenora Fulani.
Fulani, one of the most consummate political prostitutes and chameleons of all time,
(including Delilah, Salome, and other biblical evildoers) for years quite successfully pre- sented herself as a populist black nationalist. She has, over the decades, hoodwinked,
Among other leaders, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Ross Perot, Patrick Buchanan, Ralph Nader, Charles E. Schumer, Michael Bloomberg, and many thousands of (perhaps tem- porarily) politically lost souls, embittered by the duplicity of the major parties. Her Hitlerian slips however have been showing. After years of inviting a broad ideological range (from left Nader to homophobically and anti-Semiticially right Buchanan) of political leaders into her busy political boudoir, she managed to set herself up as the dictator of the Independence Party of New York. In that capacity, she gave us the Bloomberg mayoralty, as Bloomberg filled the role of her political “john” by running on the Independence Party line as well as the Republican, putting him barely over the top in 2001.

It was only after she refused to retract her claim that Jews en masse are the “murderers of people of color” that she was finally dumped by the nauseated Board of Directors of the Independence Party.

Chameleon-tapeworm that the LaRouche/Newman creation Fulani is, she has for years been collaborating closely with some of the pseudo-leftists who infect the Green party, particularly in New York. Using henchmen like the recurrently psychotic and death- threat making Paul (“Zool”) Zulkowitz, and political thugs like Gerald Kann and George Tatevosyan of Queens, she made Ralph Nader into another one of her “johns”, luring him into his misbegotten presidential campaigns with the siren song of “independent” and “third party” candidacies. Any candidacies by true left progressives such as myself were to be stopped at any cost. The Greens and their lemmings like the terrorism-connected psychopath Zulkowitz pal Geoffrey Blank have consistently used violence and lies against me, particularly in connection with my rapidly gathering support Democratic write-in candidacy for the U.S. Senate, challenging the Republicrat Hillary Clinton.

As soon as I announced my candidacy in February, 2005 Blank came after me very physically. I had already been physically assaulted by George Tatevosyan openly collaborating with the repulsive ass from Astoria Gerald Kann. Zulkowitz, who almost got Cindy Sheehan arrested on September 19, 2005 in Union Square Park by inviting her to speak at his so-called “Camp Casey” but not obtaining the required NYPD sound de-
vice permit, tried to lure his so-called pal Nader into becoming a carpetbagger and run-
ning as a Green - against me, not Hillary. A few e-mails from me to Mr. Nader, whom I have met and talked with directly several times over the years, ended that. Zulkowitz reacted to my exposing him in the pages of UP FRONT News by announcing his planned suicide in Nassau County and getting himself psychiatrically committed very involun-
tarily. Upon his apparently premature release he told a friend that he planned to shoot me with a Magnum 357 in his possession. And Zulkowitz and pals wonder why they are persons of interest to the NYPD and the FBI.

Then LaRouche and his surrogates convinced the Brooklyn-based petit capitalist Sander Hicks to run for the Senate as a Green - again against me. Sander Hicks is the narcissist who made a lot of money off the work of a dead man named J.L. Hatfield, who wrote “Fortunate Son”, the book that, among other revelations, broke the story about the coke-snorting college student named George W. Bush. Bush’s people got wind of the fact that St. Martin’s Press was going to publish Hatfield’s book, made some threats and St. Mar- tin’s folded like City Council Speaker Christine Quinn folded to George Steinbrenner in the Yankee Stadium deal. Hicks and his “Soft Skull Press” published the book as a paper-
back and it did very well. Hatfield, a man who, as the Bush people knew and used to the hilt, was a man with a criminal record, having been convicted of involvement in a murder years back, was ultimately found dead in a heartland America motel. Suicide, it is said. (They also say the same thing about Vincent Foster, the lawyer and very close Clinton
associate who was found with a bullet in his head in as I recall the woods in Maryland.
Hicks made some more money by making a film documentary, “Horns & Halos”, about the whole thing in which Hicks plays the role of camera magnet.

Hicks, not a man known for his integrity or his judgment, got dumped by the Greens when it became known that he had paid $5,000 of his ill-gotten gains to the Republicans in order to gain entry to a fundraiser at which Big Dick Cheney was speaking so that he could ask Cheney something about the 9/11 “inside job.’ As it turned out during Hicks’ few seconds with Cheney, the Vice President took better aim than he did in targeting a quail.

The Greens, a party that at least in New York functions in ways very similar to the
Way the Communist Party of the United States did in Stalin’s days, annointed as its Senate “candidate” its de facto boss, the outwardly tough guy Fulani ally from Syracuse, Howie Hawkins, who until then had been the Green candidate for a local (Syracuse area) congressional seat.

Perhaps the most pathetic of all the LaRouche-orchestrated stalking horses is the “De-
mocrat” Jonathan Tasini. Tasini, from Washington Heights, entered the Senate race several months after my February, 2005 announcement. Like LaRouche, Zulkowitz, Blank, Kann, et. al., he tried to exploit the broadening and deepening popular opposition to the Iraq War. And like LaRouche, he used threats and intimidation against me. The series of criminal harassments perpetrated by Tasini in fairly open cahoots with a corrupt political hack named Tracey Denton out of the pretty much lily-white Howard Dean operation here became so persistent and threatening that it became necessary for me to contact the Federal Elections Commission, with which I am registered as a candidate. I followed the quite explicit FEC instructions and filed complaints with that agency and the local and state election authorities. And, as per the FEC’s instructions, I have made for-
mal complaints against Tasini and the Greens, et. al. to law enforcement. Since the crimes against me are politically motivated violations of my civil rights, law enforcement means the NYPD, New York County District Attorney Robert Morgenthau and the FBI (in New York City and Washington). I can tell you that the FBI guy I spoke to and have sent a de-
tailed e-mail to got very interested when I mentioned Lyndon LaRouche, who did quite a few years in federal penitentiaries in Massachusetts and in Rochester, Minn. And Geof-
frey Blank’s close political and financial ties to the now being internationally investigated for ties to Zarqawi-connected terrorism Freedom Socialist Party make that that evil creep from Queens a person of interest. And I have every reason to believe that a surly abusive registered Democrat and Tasini supporter and Blank/Zulkowitz Green associate named Ted Auerbach from the East Village will start to get the law enforcement attention he de- serves.

Fascism, generally labeled as a movement of the extreme “right”, does not make head-
way by advocating for big business, war and landlords. It makes headway by adopting the embroidery and the language of the left and always trying to “out left” true progressives. Like tapeworms, they leech onto prominent people like Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and Ralph Nader, et. al. They split the left, thereby enhancing the political power of the right. There is no question that, as run by the neo-fascist Greens, the last two Nader presidential campaigns helped Cheney/Bush. Under a right-wing regimes, such as Cheney/Bush, so- cial condition deteriorate. Poverty, homelessness and violence thrive. The super-rich steal from everyone else. Not entirely unlike Post World war I Germany. People get angry, po- litical fodder for fascism.

And Lyndon LaRouche, the racist who believes that he was born to rule the world, and who attended the 2005 White House Correspondents’ Association dinner, which you don’t get into if Cheney/Bush say no, is ready to restore order – with the help of, among others, the Greens.

I’M IN TO STAY. VOTE FOR ME IN SEPTEMBER AND NOVEMBER
Michael Sessions, of Hillsdale, Michigan, a small college town about 100 miles from Detroit, 18 years old, had grown tired of the apathy, neglect and economic deterioration fostered by the political establishment in his town. When he was pushed aside by the bos- ses, he ran for Mayor as a write-in candidate, challenging the incumbent Douglas Ingles, and won - by two votes. He wound up being the focus of a burst of national publicity (Nightline, NBC News, USA Today) and is now the evidently very reform-minded May- or of Hillsdale. In an article published in Newsday, the town is described by Professor Gary L. Wolfram of Hillsdale College, as a place “where you can find still find Velveeta in the gourmet section” and “where someone from Toledo qualifies as coming from an exotic location.”

And so, as a Democratic write-in candidate taking on a politician who seems to have access to more money than some countries, running in a varied and populous state that includes the very varied and very populous New York City, I am under no illusions of a Hillsdale experience. Mr. Sessions, however, with whose office I’ve had a very positive e-mail exchange, has shown that a write-in can be serious and can win against big odds.

As far as I am concerned, especially considering the quality of the “opposition” to Mrs. Clinton, I am the most qualified, with Hillary Clinton a distant second. The “op- position” includes two Republicans, John Spencer and KT McFarland, who seem to detest each other and who wish to convert the U.S. to feudalism (in every sense of the word). There is a nominal Democrat, Jonathan Tasini, who is now known to the FBI be-
Cause of the politically motivated criminal threats he has generated against me, and who has a plan that, if implemented, would bring Dick Cheney into the White House. This guy is also so desperate for the love of the “left” that he has taken a pro-Iran/Syria/ Hezbollah position as regards Lebanon. (I am a non-Zionist, who believes that ultimately a secular “one state” solution encompassing what is now Israel, the West Bank, and Gaza, is the way to go. I also believe that, like any other nation, Israel has the right to defend itself and that, as long as Israel is surrounded by regimes and movements that are armed to the teeth and dedicated to its elimination, the U.S. should continue to provide military aid.) There is also a Green Party candidate, the very autocratic Party boss and Lenora Fulani ally Howie Hawkins, from Syracuse. As far as I am concerned, the Green Party, at least in New York, has become a de facto front group for the currently “left” neo-fascism of the mega-nazi and convicted felon Lyndon H. LaRouche, Jr. To learn more about this wannabe domestic Fuehrer, who has vowed to eliminate all forms of music except Ger- man classical, and who believes that he is a genius destined to rule us all, visit such websites as dennisking.org, publiceye.org, ex-iwp.org and check out investigative re- porters such as Chip Berlet and Doug Ireland. As the websites show, he is the spiritual and political godfather of an ideological cult that includes Lenora Fulani, the ghoulish psychotherapist Fred Newman, such lesser known but increasingly notorious pseudo-leftists as Paul Zulkowitz, Gerald Kann, George Tatevosyan, and the psychopath serial criminal and terrorism-linked Geoffrey Blank.

Hillary Clinton, although more qualified than Spencer/McFarland/Tasini/Hawkins, is however, deserving of retirement because of not only her militarism, exemplified by her (at least until Lamont) essentially Cheneyesque position on Iraq, but also her anti-poor and middle class loyalty to predatory real estate developers and related types like right wing media mogul Rupert Murdoch. Mrs. Clinton is guilty of loving money too much, as is shown by her insidious relationship with the horrible government of Communist China at the expense of millions of oppressed people, who most certainly include the surviving 6 million or so people of Occupied Tibet.

And so, I am in the U.S. Senate race to stay and am running in both the September 12 Democratic primary and the November 7 general election. And as far as my being a write-in candidate is concerned, I refer again to the words of Professor Wolfram. He wrote, “It’s a rare election these days that gives off inspiration. Yes this [Sessions] vote says, the political system is accessible to all, and voters are willing to be persuaded by those who have plans, spirit and perseverance.”

I believe that I have all three.

Hillary Clinton presumably has Barbra Streisand and much of the super-rich “liber-
al”, and not so “liberal” Hollywood celebrity elite giving her even more money than
than the many millions of dollars she has already accumulated as she seeks to purchase re-election to the Senate on her way towards purchasing and privatizing the presidency.

There are, however, a few “celebrities”, well known in the world of arts and enter- tainment, who, even without fancy press release “endorsements”, are supporting my Democratic write-in candidacy for the Senate.

Talk show legend and de facto human rights advocate Joe Franklin first had me on his television show in the early 1990’s when he interviewed me as the producer of Up Front Muse performing arts events I hosted in my left home on the top floor of 190-A Duane Street in Tribeca. Mr. Franklin had me on a second time, on which occasion I brought with the unique Russian blues guitarist, Yuri Naumov, a recently arrived Jewish refugee from what was then the sinking Soviet Union, whom I met when I was a social worker at the New York Association for New Americans (NYANA), a resettlement agency work-
ing with, for the most part, refugees from what is now Russia and, for over a half century,
has been Occupied Tibet. Mr. Naumov, who has played the blues on his nine-string guitar in Moscow, Siberia, Greenwich Village, and many other places, got his American start on a New Year’s Eve at Up Front Muse.

Joe Franklin and I have become friends and I have the highest regard for this truly po-
lite and humble man, who has dedicated his life to encouraging and supporting creativity. As millions know, he has been a major factor in the careers of the now super-famous, in-
cluding Bill Cosby; Sammy Davis, Jr.; and scores of big stars. As not as many people know, Mr. Franklin has in major ways helped the literally unsung and unknown. He is
rightly recognized as the king of nostalgia, i.e. “The Wizard of Was.”

Not to long after I announced my candidacy in February, 2005, I visited Mr. Franklin in his office a few blocks from Times Square and told him of my political plans. He looked at me, paused for about five seconds, and said, “I’ll vote for you.” I told him that I was indeed serious about running against Mrs. Clinton and asked him, in effect, if he was. Mr. Franklin paused again and repeated, “I’ll vote for you.” I made that fact known to the
public in a modestly circulated press release, a copy of which I of course gave to Mr. Franklin.

Joe Franklin is not what one would consider a political man. But in his work it is clear that he is a man of peace and tolerance. I’m glad to have his support.

David Peel and I have been street-acquainted for decades, since I’ve had chances to see him and his band The Lower East Side perform recurrently in Tompkins Square Park and
elsewhere. It is fair to label Peel a “celebrity”, certainly taking into consideration the fact of his musical collaboration with John Lennon. David Peel and I became reacquainted some months ago in the very political Union Square Park. I told him of my challenge to Mrs. Clinton and its basis of the supremacy of human rights (over, for example, too-much-property “rights”) and he immediately promised his support. David Peel is the de facto musical director of my campaign and has already composed and performed a song called, directly enough, “Tom Weiss for Senator.” Mr. Peel is now completing a video documentary about New York City and the universe to be called “East Side Story.”
Since Mr. Peel’s creation-related references involve an eighth day, I suggested including the Beatles “Eight Days a Week.” I’m glad to say that the video includes an interview with me done at Brighton Beach.

So-called “anti-War” candidate Jonathan Tasini, in his quite pathetic effort to suck up to an essentially Beijing-oriented segment of the “left”, has taken a de facto pro-Hezbol-
lah position on the Lebanon issue. He has participated directly or, via his dwindling co-
terie of sign-carrying volunteers, in a couple of demonstrations generated by groups like the Maoist International Action Center front groups like the warlike “peace” group ANSWER and the Workers World Party. At a rally several days ago in midtown Man-
hattan a series of speakers essentially reiterated the line of Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, which calls for Israel’s destruction,Tasini’s people were embarrassingly conspicuous.

Tasini has openly tried to parasite himself also onto the Ned Lamont campaign. His vehicle is the Machiavellian “Deaniac” Tracey Denton, (still?) the political coordinator of Democracy for New York City (DFNYC) the local affililate of Howard Dean’s PAC known as Democracy for America. (Denton has also done some fundraising for Lamont.) Democratically speaking, Dr. Dean needs to clean out his own house. As Dean is aware, Denton and Tasini are now known the FBI by virtue of the fact that they are guilty of per-
petrating politically motivated intimidations and harassments against me. I contacted the Federal Elections Commission, described the problems, and, as per their instructions,
submitted formal complaints to the FEC’s Enforcement unit and to law enforcement, which in these cases means the NYPD and the FBI. Under the sometimes authoritarian control of Denton, and the passive style of her superior, Finance Director Lewis Cohen, DFNYC has become essentially a lily-white yuppie clique that addictively fund-raises
among the economically well off and for the economically well off - and not surprisingly loses elections. And with Tasini, that streak will definitely continue.

Tasini has, aside from engaging in lawbreaking activities against me, demonstrated his total lack of qualification for the Senate by backing a delusional “Impeach Bush” strategy that, even if it happened, would result in a Cheney presidency. It’s the same strategy as emanates from the IAC, ANSWER and the quite ominous, LaRouche- ideologued “World Can’t Wait” crowd.

Despite their conflicting views on the Iraq War, Hillary Clinton has endorsed Ned La- mont.

And I have informed both Mrs. Clinton and Ned Lamont about the truth about Jonathan Tasini and Tracey Denton.

Because of a series of politically motivated criminal harassments against me, perpetrated by Democratic “candidate” Jonathan Tasini and his associates, who include Tracey Denton, an official of Democracy for New York City (DFNYC), and by members and supporters of the deeply Lenora Fulani/Lyndon H. LaRouche, Jr.- infiltrated Green Party of New York , I have filed formal complaints against them with, among several others agencies, the Federal Election Commission and the FBI. Indeed, when I first called the FEC in Washington several weeks ago and described the unfair campaign practices per- petrated against me, I was instructed by FEC staff to not only file formal complaints with the FEC but also with the NYC and NYS Boards of Election and with criminal authorities. All this has now been done.

Because the threats and other harassments constitute politically motivated violations of my civil rights, federal crimes are involved. The formal complaint submitted in writing to the FBI was only done with the very explicit approval of an NYPD official knowledge-able about criminal and political matters.
At various DFNYC and Democratic club meetings to which I have been invited as a candidate I have been verbally abused and explicitly threatened on several occasions. The threats have been made by people like the reportedly very hot-headed Robert Ginsberg, a lawyer and Upper West Side Democratic District Leader and by Michael Farrin of the CODA Club. Ms. Denton, who has from the outset in increasingly blatant collaboration with the Senate-unqualified Tasini, tried to sabotage my candidacy, in an e-mail threatened me with arrest at a DFNYC “endorsement” meeting last June 20. At Tasini’s behest, Denton had my name removed from the endorsement ballot although, despite Denton’s delaying tactics over a period of months, I was officially recognized as a candidate by the DFNYC, which is the local branch of Democracy for America, a political action group led by Howard Dean. Ms. Denton and her DFNYC boss Lewis Cohen have not responded to several protest e-mails they have received from me, and Tom Weiss for U.S. Senate volunteers Steven Gradman and Roman Shusterman. I have made Howard Dean aware of the problem both by telephone to his office as Chairman of the Democratic National Committee and via e-mail directly to him. He is also in receipt of e-mails from Mr. Grad- man and Mr. Shusterman. Dr. Dean has been urged to nullify the rigged endorsement vote and to start the DFNYC endorsement process from the beginning.

Since I received a personal “Dear Tom” invitation from the DFA to attend Jim Dean’s(Howard’s brother) August 1 appearance at an anti-Walmart meeting in the Bronx, I paid a visit, arriving at the Church of Our Lady Refuge at the meeting was winding up. The DFA Tour bus was parked in front of the church and several people outside told me that Jim Dean was inside. When I got inside I was told that Mr. Dean had left the building but was still in the area. The person I was directed to in his immediate absence was Tracey Denton. As soon as she saw me she moved in the opposite direction faster than a downhill bicycle racer in the Tour de France on steroids. Outside the building she stopped and stood still as, after introducing myself to a large group of onlookers I told her in absolute-ly no uncertain terms - and without a threat – that I had gone to the FBI and that her and Tasini’s threats had to stop. There were plenty of witnesses as Denton assumed her best Dick Cheney pose. Before I left, I gave a pile of campaign literature and UP FRONT News articles focusing on the Tasini and Green Party harassments, (which, as we shall see, are not unrelated to each other) through the open driver’s side window of the tour bus to a Dean aide named Buffie (sp.?), who assured me that, at my request, she would give the documents directly to Jim Dean.

The LaRouche/Fulani (visit such websites dennisking.org, publiceye.org, ex-iwp.organd the writings of investigative journalists Chip Berlet and Doug Ireland for much in- formation on the Fulani link to the mega-nazi and convicted felon LaRouche) controlled Green Party and its hangers on, like the neo-fascist psychopath Geoffrey Blank, have been committing violent crimes against me for many months. Directly involved are Green Party members Paul (“Zool”) Zulkowitz, at one time politically very close to the gullible Ralph Nader and Gerald (“Cannot”) Kann, a thug who has lost decisively twice as a pathetic Green Party candidate for the City Council in LIC-Astoria, Queens. Indeed, Kann and a Fulaniite thug named George Tatevosyan collaborated on an April, 2004 witnessed physical assault on me to prevent my attending a Manhattan Ralph Nader news conference to which the then Green Party Presidential candidate had invited me. Zulkowitz is the smallish character with an ego as large and warm as Siberia, who, as a phony “peace” activist, caused a near riot in Union Square on September 19, 2005 when he lied to everyone about having a required NYPD sound device permit for Cindy Sheehan’s speech there. Zulkowitz is the Geoffrey Blank and Fulani associate who responded to my UP FRONT News criticism of him by first threatening suicide (thereby getting himself involuntarily committed to a psychiatric facility in Long Island) and then, upon his apparently premature release, making an explicit death threat against me.

Law enforcement is particularly interested in anything involving LaRouche, the currently “left”-spewing de facto Hitler admirer and disciple who is correctly described by Dennis King as “the most dangerous man in America.” Checking the aforementioned websites can be a chilling but nonetheless very valuable and educational experience. All we need to remember is that Adolf Hitler came to power on a strategy involving advocacy of “socialism”, out-lefting and thereby splitting the left, intimidation, and anti-Semitism. Fulani is a flaming Jew-hater and the Green Party is promoting her racist agenda. The very autocratic Green Party boss in New York is its so-called Senatorial “candidate” from Syracuse, Howie Hawkins (described by one former Green as a “Stalinist”). The Green Party, at least in New York, is poison.

And the FBI is very interested in Geoffrey Blank a man with a direct political and finan- cial connection to the Freedom Socialist Party which, to my knowledge, has no rebuttal to the report (see N.Y. Post story December 26, 2005 by reporter Niles Lathem, headlined “Harlem Radicals Probed”) that it is under international investigation for ties to terrorism in Iraq. And, since FSP spokesperson, a Blankie named Stephen Durham is on record as condoning Musab al-Zarqawi’s hostage beheadings, there’s probably much to investigate and probably prosecute.

The connection between the Tasinis and the LaRouche Greens appears to be in the person of Ted Auerbach, a member of the Democratic Club CODA and an associate of Blank, Zulkowitz, et. al. (LaRouche, who lives in a fortified compound in Loudon County, Va., is in fact a registered Democrat.) Auerbach, a perpetually sour-faced nondescript man residing in the East Village, has harassed me both with Blank’s boys in Union Square and at a CODA meeting. One report has him being seen at a LaRouche table in Manhattan.

These threats etc. will in no way stop my Democratic write-in candidacy for the U.S Senate, which will continue through the September 12 Democratic primary and the November 7 general election. Although Hillary Clinton is clearly more qualified than both the corrupt Tasini and the fascistic Hawkins, she remains a militarist whose loyalties are to the corporations. At this point it appears that my main area of agreement with Mrs. Clinton is in her support of the right of all nations, including Israel, to defend themselves. Tasini and Hawkins view, almost identical, suggest that Iran, Syria, and Hezbollah is just fine. Like I said before, Hillary Clinton is the second best candidate for the U.S. Senate. Please write my name in on September 12 and November 7.

As far as I am aware, Mrs. Clinton’s strongest criticism of the totalitarian, imperialist, and Genocide-generating regime of Communist China occurred a few years ago when Communist censors made some changes in her self-glorifying memoirs published as I recall by a company owned by he pal Rupert Murdoch. Mrs. Clinton, however, is clearly unmoved by the fact that the governments of Communist China, starting at least with the megalomaniac Mao, are guilty of multiple crimes against humanity, most particularly the racist Genocide that continues in Occupied Tibet. Indeed, as the New York Times recently reported, Mrs. Clinton, using her political ally George W. Bush as an intermediary, engaged in a diplomatic unnatural act with the Chinese Ambassador in her D.C. office order to monetarily benefit the notoriously right wing corporate heads at the Corning Corporation in upstate New York. As The Times disclosed, Mrs. Clinton cut a deal whereby the Chinese Communists lowered their protectionist tariffs on Corning-produced fiber optics. Clinton got a few jobs for some high-techies and lots of campaign cash from the boys and girls at Corning.

The reason why I am emphasizing the “Communist” aspect of this Faustian episode is because it sheds light on the hypocrisy of what continues to call itself “Communism.” A left-knowledgeable friend recently told me that he would not be surprised if the Communist Party here (CPUSA) supported Mrs. Clinton in her electoral quest for continuing and increased power. Getting a straight answer out of the CPUSA, however, is in certain ways similar make an inquiry of Big Dick Cheney about, for example, quail hunting. One Party official told me that the CPUSA would not take a position with regard to the Democratic Primary, in which I am challenging the reactionary war hawk Hillary as a write-in candidate. That official refused to comment about the November election, in which I will also be a write-in candidate.

For some reason, the CPUSA maintains on its payroll one Daniel Margolis, a “reporter” for the Party’s house organ known as the People’s Weekly World. Margolis, with whom I have talked on several occasions, withheld from the Party’s leadership, membership and readership the fact of my U.S. Senate candidacy, which I announced on February 27, 2005. He then almost tried to have me arrested when I arrived with an invite at a CPUSA event at the Party’s West 23 ST. NYC headquarters. He has suppressed news about the Communist Chinese atrocities in Tibet - and elsewhere and has resorted to veiled threats against me and at least one former Communist. Considering his ethics, Margolis, who has a reported history as something of a journalistic nomad, might consid- er seeking employment at the New York Post, or maybe the totally ideologicallly “split-the left” Lyndon H. LaRouche, Jr/Lenora Fulani-oriented so-called “Indypendent.” If that doesn’t work out, maybe the National Enquirer has some openings.

The CPUSA has among its members and staff some actual progressives. Indeed the Party very quietly helped out in the Democratic Party’s effort to prevent a Bloomberg reelection. The reality as regards the Communists however is that, for many of them, the killers Mao and Stalin are still very much alive. And so it figures that some of the Reds might be sympathetic to a domestic autocrat like Hillary Clinton. We’ll see.

POLITICAL AND ECONOMIC DEMOCRACY.
A “MIRROR” OF AMERICA

Almost thirty years ago Jane Fonda and her husband at the time, Tom Hayden, came to New York to participate in a major anti-nuclear rally and to publicize their Campaign for Economic Democracy (CED). Through some media and political connections I managed to meet briefly face-to-face with Ms. Fonda in the room they had at the Mayflower Hotel. Aside from the ego boost I got when Ms. Fonda said that she remembered me from my having years before asked her a question following a passionately antiwar and anti-corporate speech she gave at Queens College, I related very closely to her message of economic democracy. Her point, convincingly made, that, without in any way denying or minimizing the importance of political democracy (voting, Bill of Rights), was that poverty is the enemy of freedom. I agree.

A similar message, albeit coming from a voter rights and education perspective, emerges from a project of Rev. Al Sharpton’s National Action Network known as the Truth-Hamer Initiative. The THI, whose Executive Director is Marjorie Fields Harris, Esq. is named after the African-American civil rights/feminist pioneer Sojourner Truth and poor people’s advocate and de facto radical democratic Democrat Fannie Lou Hamer.
It is focusing on vote registration and education campaigns in “areas that are traditionally overlooked, such as housing developments and homeless shelters.” I hope that this succeeds, especially since that should make it at least much, much more difficult to steal elections as happened in 2000 in Florida and 2004 in Ohio and elsewhere. And it could give Americans choices far more elevating and refreshing than for example the
threatened Hillary Clinton “vs.” John McCain match-up in 2008.

I attended the recent THI luncheon, a part of the National Action Network Convention at the Sheraton Hotel in Manhattan, which honored, among others, the publishers of Ebony and Jet Magazines. Rev. Sharpton, in a frame of mind both relaxed and very serious, spoke on several related subjects, including hip hop and also, although not using Ms. Fonda’s term, full democracy. In commenting about role models and imagery, especially among African-Americans, he referred to the “50 Cent”-type rationalization for the violence glorification and sexism in gangsta rap, which suggests that the “music” is only a “reflection” of presumably deprived and violent environments. And then Rev. Sharpton produced one of his compelling punch lines. Using a literal mirror as his metaphor, he suggested that such an item is to be used not only for “reflection” but for “correction.”

That insight can be applied on a larger political level. If America looks into its mirror, we will see an enormously creative and yet partial democracy, a reflection. Taking into consideration the reality of poverty/homelessness, domestic (including child) abuse,
recurrent incarceration of the innocent and protection for the guilty, our historical pat-
terns of imperialism, our staggering levels of corruption, it is beyond doubt that much correction is needed. The Truth-Hamer Initiative and the principles of Economic Democracy should help.

Hu Jin Tao, the current President of Communist China, continues the legacy of what, from the human rights standpoint, may be one of the worst governments in history. And I am including in this comparison governments led by Caligula, Herod, Napoleon, Ivan the Terrible, Mussolini, Franco, Stalin, Hitler, Stalin, and Pol Pot.

Mao Zedong, who took over in China in 1948, got his career in mass murder energized by immediately invading a pacifist nation, Tibet, which is certainly more ancient than China. He proceeded to set in motion a racist, Nazi-style Genocide being perpetrated by the light-skinned Chinese against the much darker-hued Tibetans. He went after the Tibetans because he hated them for their love of God, as represented by their Dalai Lama, and because he was what I guess you would have to call, a yellow racist. Tibet, in part because of the de facto capitalist backing of the market-obsessed United States of America under awful presidents such as Bill Clinton and George W. Bush, has suffered the deaths of at least 1 million people as a result of the continued Occupation. The continuing use of torture by successive Chinese governments makes what has gone down at Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo look mild. They have boiled babies alive, they have shot monks in the back of the head, and they have raped nuns. They have placed electrodes into and onto private parts. And they are running at least one concentration camp.

Epoch Times, a Falun Gong friendly newspaper, recently reported the existence of a full fledged concentration camp located underground as part of the Sujiatun Thrombosis Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine. It is a facility in which, according to the report, organs are removed from live people, who are later killed. The organs are later sold - perhaps sometimes winding up in hip art shows in New York City.

Isn’t it comforting to know that Hu Jin Tao is to meet with George Bush? Isn’t it comforting to know that the Summer Olympic Games if 2008 are scheduled to be played in Beijing? (Remember the 1936 “Hitler Olympics,” die Fuehrer almost having a seizure in the audience as African-American runner Jesse Owens beat the “Aryans)?” Isn’t it refreshing to know that, with the silence of Democrats and Republicans alike, the United States has become the largest economic “john” in history, going to bed with the burgeoning mega-capitalist call girl known as the People’s Republic of China?

With the possible exception of Big Dick Cheney, there is no more human rights-hostile politician in America than Hillary Clinton. Listen to this upstate-downstate story (source N.Y. Times). The Corning Corporation, in the upstate town of the same name, not too far from Elmira, is as much of a symbol of a profits-before-anything Republican corporation as Enron, presumably without the albatross of a Ken Lay. And so, even as Corning maintains some of its respectability by cashing in on air pollution reduction technology, it seeks to expand the market for its fiber optics products to include the world’s #1 de facto, albeit “Red”, fascist state, headed by a government with a history of imperialism easily equaling those perpetrated over the years by for example, Rome, Spain, France (Napoleon), Germany, Japan, Russia and the U.S. And so Hillary Clinton, who, along with her wandering husband, has been made fully aware, (by UP FRONT News, and maybe some others), of China’s Genocide in Tibet, etc., personally asked George Bush to intercede in order to effect a Chinese government decision to relax tariffs on Corning fiber optic pro- ducts. According to the report, Mrs. Clinton, effectively playing the role of “madam”, invited the Chinese ambassador to her office and, politically speaking, committed an unnatural act. Tariffs went down, profits went up, and some jobs were “saved.” (The U.S. economy got some Hitler boosts back in the 1930’s before we learned that you do not do business with fascists). Something else that got a boost was her campaign contribution account, which reads like a who’s who (Hu?) of corporate and right wing America.

Hillary Clinton recently had the tactlessness to mention Jesus in her belated and con-descending comments about immigrants. There is no way that Jesus would endorse this politician, who is against just about everything that He was and is for. And, in the case of Tibet - where, as reported in UP FRONT News, He lived, during the mysterious “missing years.” He would have every reason to take her consorting with the murderers of His people very personally.

BIO – THE FIVE BOROUGH MAN

I am quite possibly the first political candidate in history to have lived in all five boroughs of New York City, as well as in upstate New York, having possibly gotten in- terested in politics when I was a child growing up in the Washington Heights neighbor- borhood of Upper Manhattan. It was during those years that my previously refugee flee- (fleeing Hitler’s Austria) mother introduced me to a book, “Seven Years in Tibet”, by Heinrich Harrer, an Austrian with whom I believe my mother had been at least personally acquainted. That book, now very famous, having been made into a movie starting Brad Pitt as Mr. Harrer, chronicles the documentary of Harrer’s up-against-the elements quest to get to “Shangri-la”, otherwise known as Tibet, to experience His Holiness, the Dalai Lama. The photographs in that edition included one of The Dalai Lama, the image of Jesus, riding on a donkey, fleeing his homeland being conquered by the imperialist Genocider known as Mao Zedong.

I’ve since lived in, among some other places, the Bronx (Riverdale, and, for a brief period, near Yankee Stadium), Manhattan (Tribeca, Soho, Noho, Chelsea, Gramercy, the Upper West Side, Harlem, and Greenwich Village), Queens (Jamaica, Flushing, Forest Hills), Brooklyn (Williamsburg, Bedford-Stuyvesant, East New York), and currently, Staten Island (Stapleton). Upstate-wise, I spent quite a number of years in college and later employed in and around the fine city of Binghamton, justifiably proud of its status as the childhood home of Rod Serling and as possibly, on a per capita basis, the carousel capital of the world.

Education-wise, I went to Bronx Science, received a B.A. (political science) from Queens College, and a Masters Degree of Social Work from Rutgers.

My no-holds-barred entry into politics took place while I was a social worker at Queens Hospital Center, a facility run by the New York City Health & Hospitals Corporation. Working during the days and nights of the legendary “fiscal crisis” of the 1970’s, I found myself on the front lines in a fight against what I call econocide, the murder of people based on class. Mayors Abraham Beame and Edward I. Koch, em- ploying a racist political strategy called “planned shrinkage”, placed the burden of solv- ing a budget deficit crisis, a crisis created by greed in high places, on the backs of the poor by cutting funds for life sustaining services, such as nurses in City Hospitals. At Queens Hospital, where I was both an elected union delegate (1199 and later D.C. 37) and an elected member of the QHC Community Advisory Board, an attending physician, who would only reveal the story if I swore never to mention his name, told me about a bunch of patients who had died as a direct result of the budget-cut created nursing short- age. There was also a consistent pattern of abuse by a primarily white psychiatric staff against patients, most of whom were African-American. What followed was a cover-up that started at the Hospital with a series totally corrupt officials, black and white; went through the New York City Council and ultimately included the extraordinarily dishonest and uncaring Edward I. Koch. I blew the whistle on that cover-up despite being fired, jailed and run through a classic Soviet-style psychiatric gulag. With the backing of a few courageous doctors, community activists (e.g. Rev. Dr. Timothy P. Mitchell), politicians (the late Antonio Olivieri from Manhattan and the great Mary Codd from Staten Island, and some others), I was able to obtain substantiation of my accusation of death by budget cut from, initially the New York State Department of Health. That opened the door as, within a few hours, I found myself on Channel 11 News. I also brought the paperwork proving econocide to then New York State Assemblyman Charles E. Schumer, who was the Chairman of the Assembly Committee on Oversight & Investigation. A couple of days after my long meeting with his counsel Dan Feldman (who later became an Assemb- lyman). Mr. Schumer held a news conference in which he blasted the HHC for the deaths and for the cover-up. The story made the front pages of Newsday, The Daily News, The New York Times and was covered in lots of media, - but intentionally killed by the fraternal (“left” and “right”) twins known as The Village Voice and the New York Post, two of the most cen- sored newspapers in the U.S. Newsday saw fit in, its Queens edition of March 1, 1978, to put my photo on page one and, to its credit, went after the full story. (Newsday, despite resources that place next to those of, for example, The New York Times, is, however, with an editor like Les Payne, a newspaperman who takes the First Amendment very literally, (a principal sorely lacking a much mainstream media), at least currently, my paper of choice.

There’s been lots more political combat for me, for example against Ed Koch-connected loftlord/developer/lobbyist Thomas Berger of Forest Hills. Berger is an individual, who, while not, as far as I am aware, a slumlord, is one of the greediest, most corrupt, violent people around. He is a cause of both homelessness and, since he parades as an Orthodox Jew, he ranks as a cause of Anti-Semitism. Thomas Berger of Forest Hills may have, aft- er 16 years of harassing me in my rented loft at 190-A Duane Street, #5, won the eviction battle, but he cannot win the war. I had to survive Berger’s violence and 5 ½ years of no heat and no water and was ultimately evicted by a combination of a perjuring tenant who testified for a landlord with the ethics of Jack Abramoff and a corrupt, reportedly gender-biased judge who had me thrown out or allowing someone to play a flute at a poetry reading at my home. That battle, by the way, got the attention of the Daily News, The Sunday New York Times, the New York Post, the Downtown Express, Downtown Magazine, the Villager, the Soho Weekly News, The Chelsea Clinton News, Our Town and, several times, by John Strausbaugh when he wrote for the New York Press.

From 1989 until 1993 I worked as a social worker at the New York Association for New Americans (NYANA), a very labor-hostile refugee resettlement agency. Most of my cli- ents were Jews fleeing hatred and violence in what was then still, in a manner of speaking, the Soviet Union. During that experience I took the opportunity of visiting the moribund USSR and getting a quite close-up view of “left”-sounding racism, most of which was di-rected against Jewish people. One of my articles about anti-Semitism in the USSR was published in Jewish Currents in April, 1993.

It was at NYANA that I again became involved with Tibet, as the agency also ran a re- settlement program for Tibetans, a small number of whom were able to escape the Geno- cide taking place in their Communist Chinese-occupied land. I learned a lot from people like “Kuno” a historian and biographer of The Dalai Lama and from Takla, a nephew of The Dalai Lama. What I learned is that the Chinese Occupation is not a mere imperialist military conquest but in fact a nazi-style racist Genocide aimed at achieving the disap- peance of Tibet. It is racist because the Tibetans, with ancient links to Africa, are a black race, while the Chinese are light-complexioned. And, this Genocide is directed at God Himself, since there is every reason to recognize that there is a historical genealogical relationship between Tibet and Jesus, who evidently spent years in that land during the time His whereabouts are not accounted for in the Bible.

It is my belief that, just like its de facto allies within the western corporate establishment, Chinese Communism, as it has been for the most part practiced since Mao, is fundament- ally evil and driven by the love of money and hatred for God. Very similar to Hillary Rodham Clinton and George W. Bush – no matter how many churches they visit.

My campaign for the U.S. Senate is predicated upon the notion that human rights prevail over whatever “rights” the possession of money may imply. And that also means that, no matter what kind of liberal or “left” sounding rhetoric may emanate from the likes of reactionaries like Hillary Clinton or actual neo-fascists like Lyndon H. LaRouche, Le- nora Fulani, and, perhaps least known but most offensive of all, Geoffrey Blank, there will be no compromise with folks who only think of themselves.

Knowing quite well the manipulations of some in the mainstream media, I was fully aware that getting coverage for my campaign to unseat Lady Goliath, a.k.a. Hillary Rodham Clinton, was going to be a struggle. I first made my candidacy known in February, 2005. The first newspaper that I approached, sinec I was living - and still do - in Staten Island, was the Staten Island Advance. An editor there told me to speak to the paper's "political reporter", Tom Wrobleski. I called and he gave me an appointment to meet him at his office in Borough Hall. We met for about an hour, with me providing him, aside from my campaign announcement, a bunch of articles by (in UP FRONT News) and about me - Newsday, The New York Times, The Daily News, The New York Post, the New York Press, Downtown Magazine (no longer published) and an article about my brief 1993 U.S. Senate candidacy in the Binghamton Press & Sun Bulletin. I also told him about several articles about me that had appeared in The Advance, in the late 1970's by then political reporter Mike Azzarra, Jr.

Wrobleski, after asking my views on several issues and taking what appeared to be copious notes, and accepting my written offerings, asked me to keep him informed about my campaign. For weeks and then months I did, but not one syllable about my candidacy appeared in his column. With his active encouragement I also brought him information and my articles about, for example, drug trafficking and staff abuse of the homeless at the "Project Hospitality" drop-in center about 200 yards from his office. I told him about the fact that, when I had requested the urgent assistance of State Senator Diane Savino with an emergency Social Security matter, I was physically threatened in her district office on Richmond Terrace by her apparently at least episodically psychopathic Chief of Staff Mr. Cataldo. Cataldo's profanity-laced verbal assault on me was supplemented by Savino's total mishandling of my matter, having the result of leaving me both homeless and penniless - and at the mercy of some of the sadists employed at Project Hospitality. About this Wrobleski wrote not a word.

In august, 2005 New York City Public Advocate Betsy Gotbaum (with whom, via a family member of mine, I've been acquainted for years) referred to me in a televised campaign debate as a "stalker." Ms. Gotbaum is a quite corrupt public official with an abundance of political skeletons in her closet involving the CIA and adultery, not to speak of her history of covering up evidence, provided by me, of staff abuse of homeless people at drop-in centers (e.g. Project Hospitality, Peters' Place, John Heuss House) and shelters. That seems to explain her characterization of this investigative journalist as a "stalker." As soon as I read of her defamation of me in the papers, I called first the Daily News and within about two hours was meeting the News' City Hall reporter Celeste Katz in a Tribeca Tavern. Her story, along with one in by Jonathan P. Hicks in The New York Times, containing my true side of the story, appeared on August 27, 2005. New York City Newsday, however, got there first with City Hall reporter Dan Janison's story appearing on August 26. Included in the article was a mention of the fact of my candidacy for the U.S. Senate. Bringing up the rear was Tom Wrobleski, who left a phone message (this after months of his not responding to either e-mails or phone messages I left him) with my UP FRONT News editorial advisor asking me to call him right away as he wanted an "exclusive." Needless to say, in light of Newsday's scoop, he got no exclusive. I called him and gave him the information he asked for. On August 27, his work of partial fiction appeared in the Advance with a front page lead. This reporter/censor - if he is not receiving something under the table from Hillary Clinton - should be working for someone like Big Dick Cheney. His story, with critically missing quotation marks around for example the corrupt Savino's comment about me, and blatent falsehoods, is a testament to the survival of yellow journalism.

I have since been assured on a couple of occasions by one of the Advance editors Dean Balsamini that an article containing, at the very least, corrections of Wrobleski's errors, which, at Balsamini's request, I itemized by e-mails. Balsamini is not a man of his word. I spoke by phone with an sent several e-mails to Deputy Editor Stevie Lacy-Pendleton, who urged me to write a letter to the Editor. I've written two. When I subsequently spoke to her by phone she said they would not be printed but responded with a Cheneyesque silence when I asked her why. Ms. Lacy-Pendleton, despite her blues-singer evoking first name, is merely a liberal columnist who writes well. Her abilities and ethics as an editor are, however, below acceptable journalistic standards.

The cover-up - which includes the failure to follow up on the one decent worthwhile iten in Wrobleski's piece, which is that he reported my charge that Hillary Clinton is involved in the cover-up of the Chinese Communist Genocide in Tibet - includes the publisher Carol Diamond Harrison and news Editor Brain Laline, all of who seem to deal with me as Dick Cheney might deal with vegetarians.

The bad reporting at The Advance doesn't only involve the taciturn and rather doleful Wrobleski - whose influence as a journalist ends as soon as you get on the ferry to Manhattan. S.I. reporter Deborah Young's article on a so-called "peace festival" in Stapleton, S.I., orgainzed by a Maoism-friendly political basket case named Mike May last November could have appeared in the Beijing Daily Blab for its gaps. She apparently did not think it of sufficient importance to report that a "left" neo-fascist named Geoffrey Blank - with whom I had a very loud and very public confrontation at the "festival", witnessed by everyone in the modest group that attended this sorry event - was a guest speaker.

It is not hard to understand why quite a number of people in Staten Island - many of whom appear to buy the paper to get to the local advertising, sports, and for the comics - express a low regard for some of its political news reporting. I recall speaking during last year's Fernando Ferrer for Mayor campaign, to one seasoned local progressive activist. When I mentioned the name of Tom Wrobleski, he just rolled his eyes and said, "Don't you know? It's a Republican paper." And taking into consideration how Tom Wrobleski protects corrupt Democrats like Hillary Clinton and Diane Savino, perhaps he should have said "Republicrat."

I AM A “REDISTRIBUTIONIST” HILLARY CLINTON, A.K.A. LADY GOLIATH THE POOR GET POORER BECAUSE THE RICH GET RICHER

During the 2004 presidential election, (which appears to have been stolen by the Republicans, with barely a whimper of response from the Democrats), John Kerry, in apparent response to some off-the-wall suggestion that he is some kind of leftist, made it a point to ease the anxieties of the rich – one of whom most certainly is his wife, the possessor of the Heinz fortune – by stating that he is not a “redistributionist.”

Well, I am!

The evidence that the mega-greed of the wealthy and connected, who occupy positions of power that transcend party lines, is causing massive war, crime and poverty in the U.S. and abroad, is overwhelming. The fact that a handful of corporate executives get caught and wind up in prison is a positive, but very limited, development. People like Donald Trump can continue to use the political protection provided by corrupt politicians like Bill and Hillary Clinton to further enrich themselves while rendering massive amounts of housing unaffordable, and thus contributing significantly to the rise in homelessness.

And, from the perspective of small “c” christian notions of fairness, we are in sad shape indeed when spokespersons for the poor include for example Angelina Jolie, who “earns” a reported $10-$15 million per film - which, by the way, places her in a tie for fifth place among over-paid actresses. (According to the New York Post, which, on the subject of Hollywood excess, is a reliable paper, Julia Roberts is #1 at $20 million.) This great democracy has nothing to be proud of when the reality is that among the political leaders of the labor “movement” in this country is the Major League Baseball Players’ Association.
This is a labor organization that feels, aside from its de facto support of the steroid industry, that it is appropriate for someone, such as Alex Rodriguez, to “earn” almost $27 million “annually” for a part-time job, for which his travel and on the road housing ex- penses are paid anyway. For a salary like that, the habitually poor clutch hitting and fielding Rodriguez ought to bat .800 and go errorless. And, of course, what makes things worse over the much longer run is the corrupting influence stemming from the fact that these robber barons become role models – while people in the country and around the world are dying from lack of food housing and other necessities.

In fact, in many ways, although there have been major advances as far as civil liberties are concerned (except in places like the Genocide governments in place in Communist China and North Korea, which may be the most totalitarian nations on earth), the 21st century has many similarities to the Middle Ages, which were characterized by tiny elites oppressing millions of poor people, all the while committing genocides and econocides.

The Republican Party, despite having had over the years a handful of true human rights oriented politicians, (such as former U.S. Congressman Joe DioGuardi who represented parts of Westchester and the Bronx), is essentially a governmental ENRON presided over by an inveterate liar and draft dodger, whose Vice President, also a liar and draft dodger, shows clear symptoms of being a neo-fascist. Dick Cheney – the Republican from the alien nation of Halliburtonstan – obviously despises poor people and has little regard for people of color – other than ambitious and intelligent toadies like Condileezza Rice. The Bush Administration essentially steals from just about everyone and redistributes the swag to its friends. Not at all unlike the profoundly corrupt Bill Clinton Adminstration which did not have enough money to finance the buttressing of the levees in New Orleans but found tons of money and pardons for their rich and connected friends. Clinton’s con- tribution to the war on poverty was to decimate welfare programs and cut massive holes in the safety net and then leave us with Lady Goliath, a.k.a. Hillary.

New York City Councilman Charles Barron (D.-Bklyn.) is one of the relatively few elected officials willing to talk in serious terms about the concept of “reparations.” Mr. Barron addresses this very relevant issue, for the most part, as it affects the descendants of slavery. In my Senate campaign, I intend to broaden the scope of the reparation issue. While the kidnapping of black people from Africa to becomes slaves of white Americans warrants specific reparations, a long history of American governments, of which the last few are among the worst, have been kidnapping the money belonging to us all for many decades.

And so, in a message to the Ken Lay, Bernie Ebbers, Dick Cheney, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Alex Rodriguez, Henry Paulson (Goldman Sachs), Donald Trump, Hillary Clin- ton, Woody Johnson (New York Jets), Paris Hilton, Sam Walton bunch, let it be known that as a U.S. Senator I will introduce legislation based on the principle that if we can pass laws governing a minimum wage, we can pass laws governing maximum wages.

All we need to remember is a cliche that, for accuracy sake, needs only to change a preposition. The reality is not so much that the “poor get poorer while the rich get richer”; It is that “the poor get poorer because the rich get richer.”

HILLARY’S RACISM

The essential, albeit cleverly disguised, racism of Hillary Clinton is satirically depicted by cartoonist Walt Handelsman in the January 18, 2006 issue of Newsday. On the day after New York State’s most right wing U.S. Senator in memory (she is well to the right of Charles Schumer) sought to ingratiate herself with an African- American electorate on Martin Luther King’s birthday. The word, “ingratiate” is totally appropriate since she and her wandering spouse, who constitute a political half of the Blinton Administration (the other half are Bush and Cheney), have through a series of their Administrations, made an art form of ripping off in particular the poor, a disproportionate percentage of whom are African-American.

Mr. Handelsman replies to Mrs. Clinton’s totally hypocritical “plantation” comment by depicting the smiling carpetbagging Senator singing “Jump Down, Turn Around, Pick a Bail of Cotton,” with a few lyrical revisions. The cartoon goes, “Jump down turn around, made a speech in Harlem. Jump down turn around, hit ‘em with the race card. Gotta grab some headlines, gotta make my play. Oh, Lordy, White House is awaitin’! Oh, Lordy, Just Two Years Away!”

Mrs. Clinton’s labeling the Republican-run House of Representatives a “plantation” may be accurate but it is comparable to Adolf Hitler calling Benito Mussolini a Fascist, an acuurate characterization. Or, for a more contemporary example, the corrupt Clinton Administration Housing Secretary Henry G. Cisneros calling Tom DeLay dishonest.

Hillary Clinton is an integral part of a political family that shares major responsibility for the de facto limited Genocide taking place in New Orleans. Bill Clinton is among several presidents who, fully aware that federal dollars were needed to properly buttress the levees protecting New Orleans from deluge and death, refused to allocate the money. The Bush and Clinton visits to New Orleans are the symbolic equivalent of Generalissimo Francisco Franco visiting a cemetery containing some of the bodies of members of the Abraham Lincoln Brigade.

A high level aide to African-American Congresswoman Julia Carson, a Democrat from Indiana, the chief sponsor of the Bringing America Home Act, the most important piece of affordable housing legislation since Section 8, told me that, when the Ms. Carson asked Ms. Clinton to act as a Senate sponsor for the bill, the Republicrat from Chappaqua (no slaves but something of a plantation economy) refused. According to that aide, Sena- tor Clinton is one of those who “Talk but do not act.” Enactment of the BAHA, which is co-sponsored by an increasing number of Congressmembers, including Jerrold Nadler (*D-Manh./Bklyn.), Anthony D. Weiner (D.-Bklyn./Queens), and John Conyers (D. Detroit), would enable millions of economically marginalized people, many of whom are African-Americans, many of whom are veterans, and many of whom are AIDS sufferers, and lots who are all three, to get off the streets, and out of concentration camp-like shelters, “drop-in-centers”, and into affordable homes. The next time she toadies up to great African-American advocates like her political friends Donald Trump and Rupert Murdoch, thoughts of real plantations should come up.

And if historical accounts are accurate, Hillary Clinton may not be so fond of Jewish people (except of course those who come up with cash for her) either. Many voters will recall the media flap that occurred during her 2002 Senate campaign when an early Bill Clinton for Congress campaign worker in Little Rock, who happened to be Jewish, revealed that the candidate’s wife had unleashed a string of anti-Semitic insults in blaming the poor fellow for a defeat for the ambitious political hustler from Hope. Few voters will recall that, instead of outright lying by denying the incident, Mrs. Clinton characterized the charge as another example of right wing perfidy. Here again, for Mrs. Clinton to label someone other than herself as “right wing” conjures up injuries of Hitler and Mussolini calling each other names – which they most certainly did. (And, by the way, the very fascist, but partly Jewish, Franco, after accepting Hitler’s military help in the Spanish Civil War, came to fully recognize that his dictator colleague was a lunatic and, to Hitler’s reported tantrum-filled consternation, told Der Fuehrer to stay the Hell out of Spain, while allowing a large bunch of Jewish refugees, refused elsewhere, to enter Spain.

While the corruption and violence-riddled corporation known as the Republican Party is hardly a viable electoral choice when it comes to human rights, Hillary Clinton could not get my vote even if she were running against Rudolph Giuliani. That’s a choice be- tween the equivalent of two evils.

Although, under Bush-Cheney-Rove-Rice-Halliburton, et. al, the Republican Party is a bastion of reaction, corruption, war, genocide and econocide, that Party has not been without a number of true human rights warriors. The one I know best is former U.S. Congressman Joseph DioGuardi, Jr., who represented parts of Westchester and the Bronx for four years under Reagan. Mr. DioGuardi, who is now the President of the Albanian-American Civic League, entered Congress as a Reagan Republican, a source of concern to me at the time since I was the legislative representative for the Coalition for the Home- less of Westchester (CHOW). Our increasingly frequent meetings, however, no doubt had a considerable impact on him, as Mr. DioGuardi, to Reagan’s keen displeasure, be- came a forceful spokesperson for the poor and the hungry. Mr. DioGuardi took no crap from either opportunistic liberal Democrats such as Bella Abzug, (who carpetbagged her way from the West Village to White Plains to run against him and got deservedly beaten by him), or from Reagan-Bush-Pataki Republicans (who, courtesy of right wing N-word using, hot-headed powerhouse Kieran Mahoney, politically iced the rebellious legislator).

Vote for human rights. Vote for Tom Weiss – Democrat!

The initial skirmishes of the 2006 race for the Democratic nomination for the U.S. Senate seat occupied by Hillary Clinton already show that my purported opponents: Mrs. Clinton, Steve Greenfield, and Jonathan Tasini are not going to play fair.

Mrs. Clinton, simply by ignoring me – perhaps understandable since she is fully aware that I have, in my newspaper, UP FRONT News, now accessible by blog*, exposed both her husband and herself as being involved in the cover-up of the U.S. Corporation and U.S. government aided and abetted Chinese Communist Genocide in occupied Tibet, not to speak of their legislative and executive actions against the middle class and the poor, especially the homeless – is playing dirty. Mrs. Clinton is fully aware that the offer to immediately begin a series of debates with me around New York State is on the table. I have proposed that she and I perhaps schedule the first two debates at Union Square in Manhattan and at a location of her choosing in somewhat less proletarian and more gentrified Chappaqua, the latter location presumably being a short limo commuting distance from the home she reportedly shares with her husband.

Presumably, among the reasons that Lady Goliath ignores these invitations is because she knows she will face questioning about her apparently criminal actions against at least this constituent involving her refusal to provide me mandated constituent services when I was literally homeless and without funds and her telephoned threat against me, communi- cated by Mr. Zimmerman, her “investigator for the Democratic Party.” The list of human rights violations of which Hillary Clinton is very, very long and, while much is available on my UP FRONT News and campaign blogs, and through a widening network of Tom Weiss Democrat for U.S. Senate campaign workers, the debates will be the best forum for everything to come out. No wonder she is avoiding me.

With regard to late entry Steve Greenfield (I started running agsinst Clinton in February, 2005) I have to rely on reports, because, during our one brief direct meeting on West 28th Street in Manhattan this past December, he did not want to talk. All he was willing to do was to denigrate the Green Party, to which he belonged for some years but to voice praise for Green Party official Howie Hawkins, a Syracuse-based activist who is described by others, including other former Greens, as a Stalinist-style autocrat. (Just what the still marginal but potentially pivotal Green Party needs – an old line party boss; a “left” rapping Carmine de Sapio!) The reality is that Steve Greenfield, who is characterized in terse terms not fit for a family publication such as this by at least one new York City-based Green Party official, has about as much chance of beating Clinton as perhaps Osama bin Laden (although the latter would have additional difficult- ties because of his questionable citizenship status). Steve Greenfield, like one of his musical role models Bill Clinton, is a saxophone player from New Paltz. He is not running against Clinton. He is running against me! From all indications, including his apparent political friendship with Hawkins, he is the candidate of the authoritarian, indeed, considering some others so-called “Greens”, neo-fascist “left”, the ideological lemmings of none other than mega-nazi (and, once again, “leftist”) Lyndon H. LaRouche, Jr, Fred Newman and super-racist Lenora Fulani. I, on the other hand, am not only a candidate with enough hard evidence against Mrs. Clinton to defeat her (if she doesn’t get impeached first), I am also the journalist who has exposed the very New York City and State-alive “left” neo-fascist net- work Fuehrered by LaRouche from his compound in Loudon County, Virginia, and populated more locally by, aside from Newman and Fulani, folks like Gerald Kann, Geoffrey Blank, Cathy Stewart, George Tatevosyan, Eric Rassi, a missing link Neanderthal-type from Staten Island who only gives his name as “Gary”, and a Maoist Workers World wannabe and might-have-been named Joel Meyers. Some of these folks, including openly violent types like Blank, Kann and Tatevosyan, have associations with the Green Party and/or the so-called Independence Party of New York State. Several, including Blank, Rassi, Kann, and Tatevosyan, because of – at the very least – a series of criminal acts against me – are well known to quite high level law enforcement authorities. A vote for Greenfield is likely to be a vote for LaRouche and, of course, for Hillary Clinton.

Jonathan Tasini, whom a New York Times reporter incorrectly wrote as having the “sup- port” of peace activist Cindy Sheehan (she has endorsed no one, stating only that she was glad that, as an apparent opponent of the Iraq War, his candidacy was agreeable to her; indeed, she has told me the same thing about my candidacy to my face on two occasions in New York City), has, during our first encounter, shown that he does not play fair. An anti-Iraq War event on January 7, 2006 at a Brooklyn church, sponsored by a group known as the Progressive Democrats of America, turned out to be a Tasini campaign appearance. When the event moderator announced that “candidate” Tasini was going to speak, I identified myself as a candidate for the same office and asked for perhaps a minute of time. PDA official Charles Lechner immediately and quite angrily refused and, at one point, when I insisted on fair play for all candidates, put his hands on me. Tasini, who did not seem in the least but disturbed at this suspension of the First Amendment in his name, simply went on with his bland address containing the stunning insight that the Iraq War is not a good thing. And then Mr. Tasini, who apparently knows very little about the structure of government in the U.S., presumably an area of knowledge that a candidate for the U.S. Senate should understand, outlined his wishful thinking scenario which, if it happened, would inevitably bring Big Dick Cheney to the presidency, before January 20, 2009. Tasini, apparently seeking to bolster his less than solid credentials as a progressive, began to pontificate about impeaching George W. Bush.

Tasini, who must have been thrilled as he watched while Lechner’s blundering attempt at suppressing free speech was recorded on a Channel 12 news camera, in calling for Bush impeachment because of the War, did not bother to check out the consequences of such a development – which, given the fact that most Congressional and senate Republicans goose-step to Bush’s wishes, is not likely to happen. A political science professor, who happens to be a John Edwards for President advocate (I’d vote for Edwards over Clinton or Kerry in a Dick Cheney heartbeat), has told me that if Bush is impeached and convicted, the Vice-President assumes the presidency. As far as I am concerned, a Cheney Presidency is fascism in America. While there is little question in my mind that George W. Bush is in the running, along with his immediate predecessors, for worst U.S. president in history, there is no one – except perhaps Hillary Clinton – on the national scene, as sinister as Big Dick Cheney. Jonathan Tasini, by both his anti- small “d” democratic behavior with respect to me at the antiwar event, and by his thoughtless call for the Bush impeachment, has shown he is not qualified to be a U.S. Senator.

The choice in the Democratic Primary, which appears to be shaping up at The Uppie (i.e. upper class, Hillary), the Yuppie (Tasini), and the Guppy (Greenfield), all against me, is becoming obvious. Tom Weiss Democrat for U.S. Senate. January 8, 2006

STEVE GREENFIELD: “ANTI-HILLARY” CANDIDATE WHO IS HELPING HILLARY - ET. AL.

Steve Greenfield and I met not entirely by chance. I crossed paths with purported Democratic Senatorial candidate Greenfield, on a very cold recent December evening on West 28th Street, in Manhattan, following a sparsely attended demonstration in front of Crobar, a nightclub where Hillary Clinton was having a fundraiser. He apparently came down from his hometown of New Paltz, to join his handful of supporters in New York City, to let it be known that he opposes Clinton’s position on the Iraq War.

I met Greenfield, (who was in the company of a former Ralph Nader activist, Charles Riggs III, a stalwart ally to me in my combat with the Lyndon LaRouche/ Lenora Fula- ni/Fred Newman/George Tatevosyan/Cathy Sadell/Gerald Kann hijacking of the 2004 Nader for President campaign for the cause of “left” neo-fascism) as we were both leaving the demonstration. Mr. Riggs introduced us. I immediately told Mr. Greenfield that, although I had heard about his “candidacy”, I have been a Democratic candidate against Hillary Clinton since March, 2005. He looked surprised. I asked him why he is running. He paused and then, almost inaudibly, said something about the Green Party not being able to mount a credible campaign. Since I had already heard some unhappiness about Greenfield from local Green Party sources, I asked him about another Green Party figure, Howie Hawkins, an autocratic type who has been characterized by some down- state Green as a “Stalinist.” Greenfield immediately replies that he and Hawkins are good friends. I’ve experienced Hawkins quite directly on a few occasions and the Syra- cuse-based labor activist hardly qualifies as a small “d” democrat, i.e. a leader who encourages free discussion. At a conference on “The Left” earlier this year at the CUNY Graduate Center, since the organizer of the “plenary left no room for any questions from the audience, as a reporter I shouted out a question to speaker Hawkins as to the Fulani “left” role in the Nader campaign. I still remember the look Hawkins shot at me from the dais, while he did not even acknowledge the question. His look of fear and anger remind- ed me of the eyes of former Communist dictator Nikolai Ciauciescu (sp.?) of Romania as, during his last government-organized speech to a forcibly assembled crowd in Bucharest, a bunch of sign-waving protesters far from the speaking platform started chanting against him. The dictator looked quickly, eyes flashing, in the direction of the protesters and quickly finished his address and left. Within days, Romania was in open revolt and the dictator soon fell.

I well recall dealing with the same “left” fascists during Nader’s 2000 presidential cam- paign, then, as in 2004, running on the Green Party line. At a pro-Nader event at Hunter College, while a de facto Fulani infiltrator shouted insults at me, another lady asked if she could speak with me privately and proceeded to tell me how she was one of a number of people who had left the Green Party, because they could not accept orders from Howie Hawkins, whom she labeled a “Stalinist.”

As we were walking along West 28th Street, Mr. Riggs expressed some surprise also because, although he was aware that I am a candidate for the Senate, he had been under the impression that I was running as a small “i” independent, rather than as a Democrat. I quickly straightened him out on the matter and gave him a copy of the August 26, 2005 article in New York City Newsday which report my candidacy. (My candidacy is also known nationwide to the viewers of The INN World Report, a satellite broadcast of the Free Speech network, which is seen locally on cable on the Manhattan Neighborhood Network.)

When I advised Mr. Greenfield that I am in the race to stay and suggested, if he still plans to run, that we debate, he mumbled something about having a meeting to go to.

Mr. Greenfield and I agree that Hillary Clinton should be unseated. She is more pro-War than just about every Democrat in Congress, not to speak of an increasing number of Re- publicans. She is for the Patriot Act, she is for the death penalty, etc. etc. Indeed, the label of “de facto right winger.” As applied to Hillary (“The Pillory”) Clinton, comes from me.

There is very real likelihood that Green Party fugitive Greenfield has decided to become a candidate at least in part to politically eliminate me (even if it means the re-election of Clinton) which is an objective I believe is shared by the “left” autocrats already referred to, who are quite deeply ensconced in the both the Green Party and in certain areas of the Democratic Party, the same elements having made deep inroads into the peace and af- fordable housing movements. Key operatives in the “left” fascist maneuvering, orches- trated LaRouche-style by his de facto protégés Fulani and Newman, include “Green” Gerald Kann, Fulaniite George Tatevosyan, and Mao-spouting psychopath Geoffrey Blank, all of whom have been involved in major violence against me. Blank, a recur-
rent political collaborator with the infiltrator Gerald Kann (who got beaten decisively in 2001 and 2005 in his phony races for the City Council in Astoria/LIC), is notorious for using a combination of violence, demagoguery, recurrent anti-Semitic outbursts, aggres- sion against women, and non-stop lying to attempt to hijack a free speech group known as the No Police State Coalition, quite well known for its speakouts at Union Square in Manhattan.

One reason Hillary Clinton is so bad is because she enjoys the backing of folks like Don- Donald Trump and, as is emerging in the wake of their meeting and non-aggression pact, Rupert Murdoch. Voters will be very interested to know the true nature of some of the backing for a candidate who can only help Hillary by splitting the progressive vote in New York, a tactic that has been a basic part of the LaRouche/Fulani/Newman arsenal for years.

And, like so many Democrats, perhaps hoping for campaign contributions from the real estate industry, Steve Greenfield, at least in his blue-hued campaign statement for the demonstration, said not one word about affordable housing and the homeless.

I, on the other hand, have correctly reported that Hillary Clinton stands as a cause of homelessness. Aside from her quite direct associations with Donald Trump, the Corcoran group and other real estate heavies, she is trying to murder the critically needed Bringing America Home Act, a bill introduced into the Congress in 2003 which is in big trouble because of the opposition of the Bush Administration and Hillary Clinton, otherwise known here and in my newspaper, UP FRONT News, as the Blinton Administration.

HILLARY CLINTON IS AN ANTI-POOR
ANTI-CIVIL LIBERTIES RIGHTIST!

New York City Newsday, in an article appearing in the newspaper on August 26, 2005, That quite accurately described the flap between the paranoid Public Advocate Betsy Gotbaum and myself over her having, in a televised campaign debate, referred to me as a homeless “stalker”, also broke the story in the mainstream media that I am a candidate for the United States Senate. (To my knowledge, at this point, the only other media outlet, other than, of course, UP FRONT News, to report my candidacy, as a Democrat, is the INN World Report, seen in New York City on Manhattan Neighborhood Network and nationally by satellite, as a part of the Colorado-based Free Speech Network.) Newsday, a very good paper as far as accuracy is concerned, correctly quoted me as labeling Mrs. Clinton as a “de-facto right winger.”

Absolutely nothing has occurred, since I began my campaign last winter, to make me re-consider that statement. The geographically reverse carpetbagging (after the Civil War, most of the carpetbaggers went from the North to the South) Clinton has been more for the Iraq War than most other legislators, a number of them Republican. Within a few hours after having, from Clinton’s imperial perspective, condescended to meet with peace activist Cindy Sheehan (with whom I’ve spoken directly, albeit briefly, on three occasions), Clinton reaffirmed her support for a War that just about everyone knows is based on greed, oil and lies. Clinton has continued to engage in acts of major political adultery with, in particular, right wing media imperialist Rupert Murdoch (see stories in The New York Observer in mid-June, 2005 and Newsday on Nov. 23, 2005). Her willingness to take money from the likes of Donald trump, perhaps the world’s greatest enemy of affordable housing, demonstrates much about her dislike of an disrespect for poor and middle class people and about her total lack of interest in the homeless.

And recently, obviously to further attract the Dick Cheney wing of the Democratic Party, not to speak of a network of “left” rapping Lyndon H. LaRouche/Lenora Fulani/Fred Newman types, Clinton announced that she will be a lead sponsor of a bill to make flag burning a federal crime. That position places her in the spot of being even beyond the quite authoritarian-friendly Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, who opposes such restrictions on First Amendment grounds. I personally feel that flag burning is essentially tacky and profoundly disrespectful in particular to those who have risked and often given their lives in defense of our Constitution and its Bill of Rights. Those who engage in that type of repulsive theatrics seem to be motivated almost solely by anger and behave nar- cissistically as a result. I believe, however, that the Bill of Rights allows American citi- zens the right to act repulsively. All we need to do is look at, for example, at least our last two presidents, one of whom is, at least nominally, (still) married to Mrs. Clinton.

I recently attended a couple of thinly attended “anti-Hillary” demonstrations, sponsored by a group known as “Code Pink.” Among the demonstrators, there were a few yuppie types who chanted, to Clinton, scheduled to be inside either a nightclub (Crobar) or a hotel (Hilton), “We oppose you while you support the War.” That is a very revealing chant. It sets up the possibility that the chameleon-like Clinton will get their support should she start mouthing some peace talk, perhaps under orders from Barbra Streisand or some other mega-rich Democrat. I reminded them that Senator Clinton is also against civil liberties and against the poor and middle class and particularly against the homeless. While most of the Code Pink folks seemed receptive to learning that, a couple of the more shrewish of them told me to “shut up.” And one character, an apparent infiltrator into the upper echelons of the Peace movement at United for Peace and Justice from some other place named Bill Dobbs, tried to have me arrested at an “anti-Hillary” demonstration.

Hillary Clinton, who may be facing criminal charges and a civil lawsuit generated by me for having violated her oath of office with respect to her constituent responsibilities to me with regard to an urgent Social Security matter while I was homeless, and her de fac- to allies in the peace movement and elsewhere, need to accept the reality that, regardless of any “keep Weiss out of the media and off the ballot” games they may employ, I am in this for the long hall, even if it requires a write-in campaign.

Opportunism, thy name is Hillary. When it comes to the War in Iraq, carpet bagging U.S. Senator Hillary Clinton has been one of the super-hawks, from the beginning. Indeed, during the 2004 Presidential campaign, when Democrat John Kerry, very belatedly began voicing some reservation about the wisdom of the American invasion of Iraq, Sen. Clinton backed the Bush-Cheney-Halliburton-Rove gang unqualifiedly, this not only confirming her status as an imperialist but also undermining the candidate she was “supporting.” In fact, she did the same thing to Democratic Mayoral candidate Fernando Ferrer (on whose campaign I worked in a political and journalistic capacity) by reaffirming her support for a War Mr. Ferrer opposed and by flaunting her buddy-buddy relationship with “Bush-lite”, a.k.a. Michael Bloomberg.)

I’ve spoken directly several times with Cindy Sheehan, who’s peaceful but direct confrontation with Acting President George W. Bush at his Texas-style Berchtesgarten retreat in Crawford, galvanized much of the country – but not Hillary Clinton. Ms. Sheehan, who confessed to having been somewhat open to the notion of Hillary Clinton as possible antidote to Bush, soon learned after meeting with the imperial Senator that the blood of others means nothing when it comes to maintaining American profit-driven hegemony. Indeed, in a speech several weeks ago at a Peace Fair in Brooklyn, Ms. Sheehan sharply criticized Clinton and declared that, if voters continue to believe that Democrats like Senator Clinton are worth their ballots, we are “screwed.”

Now that a quite courageous conservative Democrat like John Murtha from Pennsylvania, a man with decades more years of military experience than draft dodgers Bush and Cheney combined, has urged that we get out of Iraq right away, we can expect the mythical dove that emerges at the most opportune times, to emanate from the mouth of the no-longer-being-seriously-considered-for-the-presidency-Hillary. Indeed, Rev. Jesse Jackson in a recent and not very well-covered speech said that Sen. Clinton’s pro-war stand has essentially eliminated the possibility of his endorsing her. He also said that, depending on circumstances, he might mount on independent campaign should Sen. Clinton hijack the Democratic Party for its nomination (only he didn’t say “hijack”).

Nathaniel H., a respected anti-war and free speech activist, (a native of St. Louis, and a proud Cardinal fan – now in recovery from the last two years of unexpected defeats in post-season play) has discussed with me a very viable theory of how lip service “liberals” like Clinton, fool the public with occasional “liberal” votes on certain issues in the Congress. It is not hard to vote against a medieval Supreme Court nominee put forth by Bush/Cheney/Halliburton/Rove when you know you can’t win against a solid Republican majority anyway. So you vote “no” and then brag to, for example, moneyed Manhattan Democrats and Barbra Streisand liberals on the other coast, using all the code words that helped Al Gore and John Kerry to lose while winning.

But please do not for a moment think that I am running against this de facto right winger, (who, as reported earlier this year by Ben Smith in The Observer, entered into a non-aggression pact with imperialist media mogul Rupert Murdoch) only because of her willingness to let American soldiers die for Bush’s and her millions. Hillary Clinton, who openly toadies up to real estate predators like Donald trump and the Corcoran Group, is a disaster from the perspective of the millions who need affordable housing. But what can you expect from someone who lives in a mansion in Chappaqua who is said to be looking for a super luxury spot in a Trump building in Manhattan. As the readers of UP FRONT News, the newspaper I publish (visit http://www.tomsupfrontnews.blogspot.com/) know, Sen. Clinton, by refusing to endorse the critically needed Bringing America Home Act, sponsored by a steadily increasing number of Democrats in the House, has rendered the bill, for the time being, unpassable. Speaking as a person of a limited fixed income, who has been homeless (and who, last winter, experienced Hillary Clinton’s refusal to provide me with the assistance to which I am entitled by law, thereby prolonging my homelessness and endangering my life) there is no question in my mind that Hillary Clinton does not like or respect poor and homeless people. What she cares about mainly - aside from keeping her eye on her husband – are money and power over others.

In the coming weeks, I will, here and in UP FRONT News, identify the ways in which Hillary Clinton has sold out the citizens she is being handsomely paid to protect. Sen. Clinton must understand that I am running as a Democrat and, aside from any other party endorsements I may, get, if she succeeds in, through a variety of intimidations and tricks that her lawyers can come up with, in denying me ballot access, I will run as a write-in candidate. Although I believe that her behavior as a Senator warrants her impeachment, assuming that she is still in office when the Democratic primary rolls around, I expect the results to possibly be close.

But I will beat her!

I read your November 13, 2005 apparently highly censored - but, in any event grossly uninformed and uninformative "story" on the so-called "peace" demonstration, that took place in Stapleton, S.I. the previous day. It appears that some of the copy had been written previous to the event, but you evidently did not take the time to speak with your editor James Yates about the fact that, as I had informed him in some detail, event organizer Mike May had arranged for the appearance of neo-fascist Geoffrey blank at this event. Your story also mentioned as participants several organizations, such as Pax Christi, and the Catholic Worker, two legitimate peace organizations that quite apparently pulled out of the event as soon as they learned from me that a neo-fascist had been scheduled to speak and that the entire event was in fact an intrusion by the "left" neo-fascists of the Lyndon H. LaRouche, Jr./Lenora Fulani/Fred Newman school of racism and hate disguised as Marxist populism.

It is interesting that you quote Ellen Jaedicke, a Staten Islander I know all too well. I am not among the many activists - and presumably others - who have allowed skin deep attractiveness to fool me into any longer giving this Dennis Kucinich cheerleader any credibility whatsoever. The Advance may want to assign a solid reporter to check into Jaedicke and her (still?) political associate Charlene Barker, who essentially turned the local "Friends of Kucinich" group into an autocracy run by a LaRouche sound-alike, with Jaedicke smilingly goose-stepping to Barker's orders.

The main story, however, is Geoffrey (a.k.a. "The Jewzi Blank", and "Jaws"), Blank, who received rather superficial, but nonetheless somewhat revealing coverage in The New York Times on February 22, 2005, when reporter Sabrina Savernise, wrote a somewhat satirical piece on Blank's absurd and self destructive behavior before a criminal court judge who let Geoffrey off easily sentence-wise after convicting him of contempt of court. Geoffrey now seeks to convince others that the reason he is facing up to four well-deserved years behind bars is because his right to free speech has been infringed up. As I've suggested previously, truth-wise that assertion by Blank is comparable in forthrightness with Adolf Hitler's claim that Poland attacked Germany on September, 1, 1939. Should you wish to read my UP FRONT News blog, you will see a considerable amount of history on a (human?) being who literally terrorized his way into a piece of now finally disintegrating power through his hijacking of a free speech group known as the No Police State Coalition, which has for several years held public speakouts three times a week in Union Square in Manhattan. Geoffrey Blank, who claims to lead the group, had absolutely no role in its creation and has been thoroughly rejected by just about every NPSC participant. You might wish to access NPSC activists such as Roman Shusterman, Dennis Griggs, Joe Carranza, Jason Kapoor, and a bunch of others, all of whom have come to despise Geoffrey Blank, a Hitler and LaRouche style paranoid sociopath, who in fact represents the antithesis of the free speech he professes to advocate. Blank is, at least in my mind, and probably the minds of plenty of folks in law enforcement, a suspect or at least a "person of interest" as to his involvement in an aiding-and-abetting capacity in the April 7, 2005 assault upon me at the deli-restaurant where he used to conduct meetings much as Josef Goebbels might have run things at the Volkischer Beobachter. Only Goebbels was much smarter, had better taste in women - and was, to be sure, a better speaker than the monotonous, nauseating Blank. Blank has been involved in a persistent pattern of threats and actual use of physical violence against those who do not do his sick bidding. In a perverse way is is not sexually discriminatory as he has been known to direct his violence against at least one woman (who may, by the way, be as demented as he is).

Like LaRouche, Fulani, Newman and a host of other "left" neo-fascists, Blank has been parasiting himself onto various progressive political initiatives: "peace", Katrina, ending the Bush years, etc., etc. Like LaRouche, Blank, however, has been almost totally silent on the right-winging Hillary (a..k.a."The Pillary" and "The Hawk") Clinton, against whom, as your paper very well knows, I am running against in next year's Democratic primary. (Ask your Advance colleague Tom Wrobleski, who has known about this for months and suppressed the news, despite his having no other choice than to write about the confrontation between the paranoid and homeless "stalker" obsessed Public Advocate Betsy "CIA" Gotbaum and me, in his error-filled story on August 27, 2005.)

Indeed, it was at a No Police State Coalition meeting earlier this year that, after the group voted to endorse me for the Senate, that Geoffrey Blank began his campaign to intimidate me. His techniques worked for awhile - with some others, but not with me. At this point, the negative aura of phony S.I. "peace" activist Mike May and neo-fascist terrorist wannabe Blank, seems to have had a silencing affect on The Advance.

Despite the fact that the mainstream press has not, as yet, reported my candidacy for the U.S. Senate seat now occupied Vichy-style by Hillary Rodham Clinton – a media brownout which includes the fact that N.Y. Post political editor Gregg Birnbaum, who has, at his request been given numerous documents relating to my candidacy, has seen fit to continue to insult the public with mass coverage of Perv Paris Hilton in his bread-and-circuses approach to journalism – thousands of people are aware that I am challenging Hillary the Pillory in next year’s Democratic Primary. It is likely that I will also be seeking the endorsements of the Working Families, Green, and perhaps even the Republican Parties in my effort to unseat a carpet bagging closet right-winger who has stained her office by, among other misdeeds, participating in a conspiracy of silence about the now over ½ century old Genocide in Chinese Communist-occupied Tibet.

Senator Clinton has also violated her oath of office by – at least in the case of this constituent – attaching political considerations to her provision of constituent services. As soon as she became aware of my activities with regard to her husband’s participation in the Tibet Genocide cover-up, she abruptly ceased providing me with assistance with a major problem with the U.S. Social Security Administration and had me investigated by a “Mr. Zimmerman” who, after reading my political history back to at least 1977 from a Patriot Act-style data-base, warned me never to contact her office again.

Senator Clinton is guilty of many other major violations of the public good. Specifically, she has completely abandoned the interests of the thousands of homeless people she fails to represent by rebuffing the efforts of a Democratic congressional colleague from the state of Indiana to become a sponsor of the Bringing America Home Act, perhaps the most important piece of affordable housing legislation ever to be introduced into the Congress. Millions of veterans and AIDS victims who would be helped by the enactment of this bill can thank her for simply not caring a whit about the quality of their lives.

Senator Clinton’s positions on the War in Iraq and the crypto-fascist Patriot Act are essentially indistinguishable from that of the Bush-Cheney gang. Indeed, if you add the name of her husband to her politics and that of the incumbent president and vice-president, you come up with an absolutely grotesque Gang of Four.

While thousands are homeless of living doubled and tripled up – a situation that would be worsened dramatically by the Olympian Bloomberg Blunder known as Jets Stadium, Hillary Clinton hangs out with – and fawns over – folks like Donald Trump and a host of other real estate predators and failed to even voice a modest reservation at the December 16, 2004 public hearing on the Stadium. I, on the other hand, supported the efforts of elected officials such as Congressman (and Mayoral candidate) Anthony Weiner, N.Y.S. Assemblyman Richard N. Gottfried, State Senator Tom Duane, and City Councilmember Christine Quinn in vigorously opposing the construction of this testament to the politics of Julius Caesar and Nero. Indeed, Hillary Clinton is guilty of – among many other major transgressions – Nero Worship.

As far as I am concerned, the Tibet, constituent, and anti-homeless positions of this carpetbagger are grounds for impeachment. (Her transgressions are, to be sure, far more serious, than her husband’s under-the-table shenanigans.) If, however, she manages, to escape impeachment justice, this statement constitutes, among other realities, and invitation to her to engage in a series of debates with me – perhaps with the first one scheduled for a location in Chappaqua, followed by each of the five boroughs of the City she has abandoned and then a visit to my second New York State home, Rod Serling`s native city of Binghamton.

A few days ago, following a passionate speech in Manhattan by Ralph Nader in which he lacerated what I am calling the Gang of Four – I had a chance to speak with the man who has saved more lives than any other presidential candidate in history by taking on General Motors and all the other life-taking corporations. When I told Ralph Nader – now hopefully liberated from the crypto-fascist yoke of racist Lenora Fulani and her Lyndon LaRouche and Fred Newman conspirators – of my plans to run against Hillary the Pillory, he smiled at me and asked “Is that a promise?”

Yes, Mr. Nader, it is a promise! And, I expect to beat her- assuming, of course, that she is not impeached before Primary day.

GAY RIGHTS: Although I am a heterosexual person, I believe that homosexuality is not a crime, moral deficiency, or an illness. From that perspective I believe that homo- sexual people have the same rights as everyone else, and that includes the right to marry and to raise children together. While I believe that sexual behavior between consenting adults is a private matter, I do not believe that anyone in the capacity of educator – re- gardless of sexual orientation – has the right to influence students as to sexual orientation.

Like other racial and ethnic minorities, homosexuals have been targets for abuse by
racists and sexists and, sad to say, by policepersons, some of whom may be insecure about their own sexuality. I am in favor of legislation that will make it a hate crime for any public official to abuse or in any way persecute someone because of the victim’s
sexual orientation.

Send Hillary (“The Pillory”) Clinton, the de facto right winger, packing.

BAHA! THE BRINGING AMERICA HOME ACTENDING HOMELESSNESS IN AMERICA? GEORGE BUSH AND HILLARY CLINTON VS. THE POOR

While the Blinton (Bush/Clinton) Administration, now in its fourth term, throws away many hundreds of billions of dollars in Iraq, and plenty more in the form of insider contracts to Halliburton, ET. Al. to repair that the Blintons have destroyed the south, there is an almost complete blackout on the existence of a major piece of legislation – that will cost some money, but nothing like “IraqGulfCoast” – that could bring homelessness in this country to an end. The Bringing America Home Act (BAHA) was introduced in July, 2003 by U.S. Representative Julia Carson (D. - Indiana) and bears H.R. # 2879. It is a large bill the enactment of which would establish housing as a “basic human right.” Its provisions include substantial and continuing funding for the Section 8 program through which low income people receive rent subsidies, an essential to survive in heavily gentrified cities like New York, where the word “affordable” takes on surreal interpretations.

The bill also establishes a National Affordable Housing Trust Fund, to preserve and increase the supply of housing for the non-rich. It provides meaningful funding for in particular populations e.g. veterans and AIDS victims, who have high rates of homelessness. (The Blinton Administration, for all its pseudo-patriotism, treats our soldiers like dirt.) The bill, which has a slowly increasing list of co-sponsors now numbering 55, the co-sponsors include, as a recent addition, U.S. Congressman Anthony D. Weiner, who some months ago during his mayoral campaign, told me that he was unfamiliar with the bill.

I suggested that he check it out and, hopefully, endorse it. Thank you Mr. Weiner, the very strong second place finisher in the recent Democratic primary for Mayor. In what may well be perceived as ominous legislation in homeless-cleansed locations like Chappaqua N.Y. and Crawford, Texas, the Bringing America Home Act would deter local communities from criminalizing homelessness. It mandates quality health care for the poor.

The Bill, no doubt not in spit, but rather because, of its considerable merit, remains essentially media uncovered, except, of course, for UP FRONT News. The reality it that, despite the trickle of U.S. Congress people signing on as co-sponsors, the legislation has, at this point Ground zero chance passage. Two of the people to blame are the central characters in the Blinton Administration, Acting president George W. Bush and acting U.S. senator Hillary Rodham Clinton. Bush is of course in bed with primarily the oil magnates and arms profiteers, all of whom understand that more money for the homeless means less money for them. Hillary “The Pillory” Clinton, while hardly immune to the seductive charms of the petroleum for profit crowd, become more profoundly aroused by the likes of Donald Trump and the Corcoran Group, two institutions whose lust for real estate profits constitutes the #1 cause of homelessness in New York City.

And that presumably explains why, according to a very knowledgeable congressional source, Senator Clinton rejected a request that she co-sponsor the Bringing America Home Act in the Senate. At this time the Bringing America Home Act has no Republican sponsors and no Senate sponsor of any party. This article, along with accompanying calls, e-mails, etc. will go to, among others, U.S. Senators Olympia Snowe (sp?) and Susan Collins, both Republicans from Maine, a state which, like the borough of Staten Island, where I live, has a history of generating some Republicans who actually make up their own minds. Former Senator Margaret Chase Smith from Maine was a case in point, U.S. Congressman Peter King (R.-L.I.), Chris Smith (R.-N.J., a “conservative” with a strong human rights outlook, at least based on his interest in Tibet), and Christopher Shays (R.-Conn., who has been critical of his president on housing in the past.) All of the Bringing America Home Act’s considerable arrays of enemies, however, are not from without. (I believe that anyone who perceives either George Bush or Hillary Clinton as an ally of homeless and ill-housed is, at least on that issue, delusional.) There is in fact the equivalent of a “Fifth Column” in the affordable housing/homeless advocacy community. (The Fifth Column” was a tactic involving the use of Marxist rhetoric by fascists during the Spanish Civil War to infiltrate the left and help Francisco Franco murder democracy in Spain and become dictator of that land.) A contemporary “Fifth Column” consists of a number of people who endear themselves to housing activists and clients by the use of militant tenant’s rights/poor people’s/populist rhetoric.

One of the most duplicitous and skillful at using this right-wing stratagem has, over the years, been Mike (The Knife”) McKee. Mckee, through his New York State Tenants and Neighbors Coalition, created a major split some decades ago in the tenant movement, which only abetted him in his efforts to murder the recurrently-introduced –into-the N.Y.S.-legislature Flynn-Dearie Rent Protection Act. That bill was anathema to the real estate lobby because its central provision would have required landlords to “open their books” to justify rent increase demands. He used landlords’ crock claim that the “open the books” requirement was “too cumbersome.”

McKee is, in fact, a cause of “rent-flation”, no matter how militant he sounds. He is among those responsible for, the wave of gentrification that swept through, for example, the once working class neighborhood of Tribeca.Another “Fifth Column” McKee-type is Lynn Lewis, the self-appointed tribune for the homeless who, some years ago, literally hijacked a somewhat troubled homeless self help group known as Picture the Homeless, sweet-talked a foundation into paying the salaries of herself and a few of her flunkies (Sam “The Serpent” Miller, and Tyletha “The Mouth” Samuels), and set up shop in an office in East Harlem.

I spent several months with the group that would be more properly named “Fracture the Homeless” and watched Lynn Lewis, using the vocabulary of democracy, run meetings like Lenora Fulani. I also watched - and via e-mail confirmed – how Lynn Lewis now only participated in a cover-up of staff abuse against the homeless in drop-in centers but also attempted to sabotage the Bringing America Home Act. I’m not much of a fan of clichés, but Lynn Lewis adds fresh meaning to the idea that “With friends like these, we don’t need enemies.” George Bush, Hillary Clinton, Lenora Fulani and Lynn Lewis notwithstanding, the Bringing America Home Act, has, in a rather under-the-radar way, been endorsed by numerous organizations and people, including this newspaper. It deserves to become law.

I’ve spoken directly with two of its congressional sponsors, Congressman Weiner and his House colleague the very pro-tenant Jerrold Nadler (D.-Manhattan/Brooklyn.) and with democratic Mayoral candidate Fernando Ferrer about making the Bringing America Home Act a campaign issue. After all, they have nothing to lose- except Mile Bloomberg.

Hillary Clinton, the Jilted Jezebel of American politics, is self-servingly (albeit correctly) criticizing the Bush administration, whose hand-maiden she has been from the moment she purchased the United States Senate seat from the State of New York, for its handling of the Katrina Hurricane mega-catastrophe. That’s like complaining that a clothier named Hitler didn’t fit her husband correctly for a yarmulke.

The fact is that for decades a series of U.S. presidents were fully aware that New Orleans, one of a number of cities with a majority black population, was also the only major U.S. city surviving below sea level. They knew that the less-than-reliable levees protecting the city from an inevitable hurricane or earthquake-generated tsunami, needed to be, at the very least, reinforced a matter that would involve some millions of dollars in appropriations. Bill Clinton, aided and abetted by his warlike, militaristic, anti-poor wife and the Serial Bushes, decided to take their chances with the lives of the people in and around New Orleans, and instead spend the money on things like Iraq, and, of course, on themselves and their for the most part very rich and connected friends.

I call that both Genocide, because of its inherent racism, and Econocide, because it involves mass murder based on economic class.

No amount of spin control, from a media that now includes a Hillary Clinton/Rupert Murdoch Non-Aggression Pact (start reading the New York Observer, along with your New York Newsday, for some often illuminating mainstream news coverage), can negate the reality that the Clintons and the Bushes fiddled while New Orleans tried to keep from drowning – and, as it turns out, burning.

Many folks on the fratricidal network known as “the left” have been calling for the impeachment of the man I refer to as the Acting President George W. Bush (the only man in history to evidently lose twice and serve two terms as President) on the basis of his war on Iraq. My view is that such a strategy was a waste of time, being doomed to defeat by virtue of the reality that, when it comes to Iraq, the Republicans in Congress, without at least some of whom an impeachment is nothing more than an abstraction, are in lock-step (or, in consideration of, once again, of now “left” mega-fascist Lyndon H. LaRouche Jr., goosestep, his anti-war rhetoric notwithstanding) with BushCheneyRoveHalliburton.

It’s perceived differently, however, even for some Republicans when our presidents are involved in killing our own people, in their homes. Except perhaps in places like Halliburton and Enron, in the private sector, top officials guilty of such a level of cronyism, mismanagement, and pound-foolishness combined with Nero-like extravagance directly leading to mass death would be canned in a hurry.

But perhaps, we can at least start with George Bush and, yes, Hillary Clinton – who, as will be shown in this newspaper, has violated her Constitutional oath as Senator quite a number of times. George W. Bush and Hillary Rodham Clinton deserve to be fired – just like FEMA imposter Michael Brown.

Bill Clinton, during his 1992 presidential campaign, said about the President George Bush I and Vice President Dan Quayle, “It’s time for them to go!”

The same can be said for George W. Bush and Hillary Clinton – the Blinton Administration

MEDICAL MARIJUANA AND IBOGAINE

As “Cures-Not-Wars” founder Dana Beal has shown, in speeches and much literature, there is a wealth of scientific evidence establishing the reality that cannabis, a.k.a. marijuana, when appropriately used under medical supervision, is an herb with major therapeutic qualities beneficial in the treatment of illness including glaucoma, depression, Alzheimer’s, and cancer. The story of glaucoma victim, Elvy Musikka, of Florida, is indicative. As reported some years ago in UP FRONT News, Ms. Musikka`s virulent glaucoma was not slowed down by 12 eye surgeries. On the advice of one of her doctors, she – for the first time – tried marijuana, with the herb immediately stopping the advance of her disease. She wound up having to fight her way up through the federal courts, and won the right to participate in a federal government program which dispenses prescribed marijuana. Without the pot, she would have gone completely blind, as my father did, from the same disease.

Ibogaine is a naturally occurring substance derived from the iboga tree, which grows primarily in the African nation of Gabon. Under scientific testing conditions, ibogaine has been found to be effective in stopping addiction to hard drugs such as heroin and cocaine.

Hillary Clinton’s and George W. Bush’s “War on drugs” is a war on the victims of drugs. It punishes the innocent, the creative, and the ill. There is little doubt in my mind that, had Bill Clinton inhaled, his presidency might well have been characterized by less corruption and greater respect for the human rights of people other than himself and his narcissistic wife.

As a U.S. Senator, I intend to introduce legislation legalizing the use of marijuana under medical supervision for the treatment of illnesses deemed to respond to such therapy. I will also introduce legislation authorizing $1 billion annually for five years to finance further research into the medical uses of marijuana.

Similarily, as regards ibogaine, I will introduce legislation to finance a scientific task force to further study the substance, from its growth and use in, for example, Gabon, to its potential importation for use here, in the treatment of drug addiction. I will also ask for additional funds for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to give priority consideration to evaluation of ibogaine in medicinal form.

And Hillary can just continue holding her breath.

I first met Betsy Gotbaum in 1979, when we both attended the funeral of my maternal aunt, Dolly Perutz, a prominent and respected painter and sculptor, who lived in Great Neck and whose work was often shown at Manhattan galleries. Until Ms. Gotbaum and I met, I had been unaware that she had been a very close friend of Dolly’s daughter, my cousin, Kathy.

Betsy Gotbaum`s path intersected with mine again in the late summer of pre-9/11 2001 when I attended a campaign forum in Greenwich Village featuring all the Democratic candidates for New York City Public Advocate. Candidate Gotbaum, during the forum, responded to my UP FRONT News reporter`s question about what she would do to stop staff-perpetrated abuse of homeless people in shelters and drop-in centers, (a staple in soft-core concentration camps like the Partnership for the Homeless-operated cash cow drop-in center known as Peter`s Place) by publically asking me if I would accompany her on some inspection visits. I said, “Sure!” (It never happened.)

At the end of the forum, I approached Ms. Gotbaum privately and, within moments of my re-introduction, she remembered our meeting at the funeral 22 years earlier. “Oh, you’re Tom”! Etc., etc…..And you can call me any time,” she said, giving me a bunch of phone numbers for her. I subsequently called her twice at her then office as CEO of the Museum of Natural History. On both occasions, the phone was answered by a very, very, very rude receptionist. A few weeks later, while I was doing some volunteer work for Norman Siegel, the well-known civil rights attorney, who was her most formidable opponent, Mr. Siegel motioned to me to speak with him privately. Siegel told me in a whisper that he had received a call from the Gotbaum campaign advising him that Ms. Gotbaum had complained that I was “stalking” her. I provided him with a summary of the family-related history and of the two phone calls, So much for the allegation of “stalking.” Despite the low blow, and because of it, I wrote a strong UP FRONT News editorial endorsing Siegel. While the endorsement – which exposed the real estate developer-connected shortcomings of another candidate, Kathy Freed – probably helped him get into a run-off, Gotbaum, benefiting from tons of money, beat Siegel in the run-off.

My effort to induce some action from Public Advocate Betsy Gotbaum on investigating abuse of homeless people ended abruptly after I got an scheduled appointment with Gotbaum`s Chief of Staff Scott Coccaro. After Coccaro kept me waiting in the reception area for about an hour, I was greeted by two N.Y.P.D. detectives, who told me that Coccaro had summoned them because I had allegedly made a “threat” against Linda Gibbs, the Commissioner of the N.Y.C. Department of Homeless Services. While I most certainly never made any kind of threat against the insecure Gibbs, I did criticize her energetically in UP FRONT News. Gibbs has, among other transgressions, ignored evidence of widespread, sometimes life-threatening abuse of homeless people in shelters and drop-in centers. She is, in my opinion, one of Michael Bloomberg`s worst appointments. While I didn`t much care for Rudolph Giuliani, I give him credit for his appointment of the competent and compassionate Staten Islander Marty Oestreicher (sp?) as D.H.S. Commissioner. The detectives interviewed me for awhile and soon concluded that I was no threat at all, but suggested that I stay away from Betsy Gotbaum`s office for awhile. I most certainly did.

At around that time, during a long lunch I had with my cousin Kathy, she revealed that Betsy Gotbaum had abruptly cut off what had been a 40 year friendship, dating back to their respective childhoods as kids of the very well off in private school. I hypothesized that there must have been a relationship between Ms. Gotbaum`s disrespect to Kathy and the Public Advocate’s paranoia with respect to me. Perhaps it was at that moment that my cousin revealed to me that Betsy had been previously (before Victor, the former labor boss) married to a C.I.A. agent. (That marriage, by the way, reportedly went down the tubes as the frisky Betsy got into an adulterous affair, some of whose trysts were conducted at the Perutz family mansion in Great Neck.) Although I confess that I was somewhat stunned to learn that the Public Advocate had been married to a spy, my view is that she can marry anyone she wants. She cannot, however, withhold that kind of potentially highly compromising relationship from the public.

Since then, I’ve seen Betsy Gotbaum twice. The first time was at the December 16, 2004 public hearing on the Jets Stadium matter held at the Jacob K. Javit Center. Each of us had come to testify – against the Stadium. I went over to say “hello” and was instantly set upon by a secret service type who told me that I could not speak with her. I remind Ed the over-eager bodyguard that I happen to be acquainted with the lady and told him to leave me alone. He skulked off. The second time I saw Betsy was about two weeks ago as I was walking north on Allen Street on Manhattan`s Lower East Side, when I passed a Betsy Gotbaum news conference. As I passed, I suggested, loudly enough for the gathering to hear, that the reporters present might want to ask Ms. Gotbaum about her undisclosed C.I.A. tie. I went on my way and was soon overtaken by two folks who turned out to be from the N.Y.P.D. unit that provides protection for Ms. Gotbaum. Officer Curran immediately indicated her awareness of me and said that, as part of the same unit that had interviewed me at Betsy Gotbaum`s office, she had long ago concluded that I was no threat at all.

And so, when I read the Daily news on the day after a televised debate among several Public Advocate candidates in the Democratic primary, which included a report that Ms. Gotbaum had, in rationalizing her refusal to make her appointments history public, cited her feeling threatened by a homeless “stalker.” Not too long after my call to the News, I was sitting in the Raccoon Lodge, a tavern on Warren Street with a great juke box, a few blocks from City Hall, sipping a ginger ale, being interviewed by a Daily News reporter. The News actually got “scooped” mainstream-wise, by Newsday, which published its story on Gotbaum vs. Weiss on August 26. There have also been stories in the Staten Island Advance (which, presumably mistakenly, reported that I had said that Victor Gotbaum was the C.I.A. guy, and also neglected to put quotation marks around allegations such as “stalker”, “harassed”, and “irrational”, all terms used by public officials who feel – and I emphasize the word “feel” – threatened by me and The New York Times.

This is in my perhaps not entirely humble opinion, a potentially large story because it involves, among other realities, major cover-up behavior by a powerful elected official, who is next in line to become mayor if the incumbent becomes incapacitated or dies in office. And, in light of various inclusions in the news stories, it has heavy implications for another major corrupt elected official, named Hillary Clinton.

The stories properly identified me as an activist-journalist –publisher of UP FRONT News, who, among other activities, is running in the 2006 Democratic primary against de facto right winger Hillary Clinton and who has accused her of, among other very bad things, being involved in the cover-up of the Chinese Communist Genocide in Occupied Tibet.

I thank Betsy Gotbaum for, with malice aforethought, helping me get this much needed publicity – and now I feel she should resign.

Continuing one of the most intense camouflage acts since the birth of neo-fascist “leftist” Lyndon LaRouche, carpet bagging U.S. Senator Hillary (“The Pillory”) Clinton recently sought to once again portray herself as a progressive by criticizing the Bush Administration on a couple of relatively safe liberal issues, i.e. Bush’s federal court nominees – some of whom are a bit to the right of Francisco Franco – and his environmental policies, many of which essentially steal from God and give to the corporations. (In my view, Bush/Cheney/Rove, if given the chance, would privatize the air.)

The Pillory of course made no mention of the fact that, when she is not running her mouth in front of some liberal women’s’ group, she is engaging in political sex with, among others, Donald Trump, and the Red Fascist government of Communist China, which continues its now over one half century Genocide in Occupied Tibet. Sen. Clinton has known for at least one year – and probably, in light of her reported marriage to George W. Bush’s predecessor – much longer, that the sadists who rule China are in the practice of continuing the Mao Zedong policies of racist oppression, mass murder, hard core ethnic cleansing, destruction of the environment, ET. Al. in Tibet, a nation which, as steadily increasing numbers of UP FRONT News readers are finding out, got its unique pacifism from a long ago resident named Jesus.

Clinton’s main concern with practices in China has to do with that government’s monetary and censorship policies, which might have the affect of cutting into her profits, a development which would challenge her insatiable lust for money. Her ultra-crass materialism was clearly demonstrated some months ago when she expressed her annoyance at the Communist authorities when their censors made some adjustments in her ego-tripping book about how wonderful she is.

The Pillory was, some time ago, according to a very inside the government source, given the opportunity to act as a Senate sponsor of the now almost – but not quite – moribund Bringing America Home Act, originally introduced into the House of Representatives in 2003 by Congress member Julia Carson, (D.-Indiana). When I asked the congressional aide responsible for the bill’s legislative man about an approach to Clinton, he told me of her rebuff and editorialized as follows, “Some people talk but do not act.” The Bringing America Home Act, which aside from enemies like Clinton has to deal with the treacherous maneuvers of a LaRouche/Fulani-style “left” infiltrator named Lynn Lewis, the dictator of a sham group known as Picture the Homeless, is perhaps the most important piece of housing legislation since the enactment of the Section 8 program, which provides subsidies for the low income tenant. It would, for one thing, save Section 8 from recurrent bankruptcy by providing a solid funding stream; it would decriminalize certain activities that reactionary police departments use to harass the homeless; it would create a national housing trust fund; it would provide major funding for housing deprived populations including veterans and AIDS victims, among other provisions. The bill has about 40 House co-sponsors, all from what I somewhat whimsically refer to as the Trotskyite wing of the Democratic Party, and not one Republican and not one U.S. Senator. Ms. Clinton, who prefers to toady up to the likes of “The Donald” and the developers of the Corcoran Group, qualifies as a de facto cause of homelessness.

When it comes to war in Iraq that conflict is more appropriately labeled the Bush/Clinton War. Even when, during the last rig job known as a presidential election campaign, John Kerry began timidly voicing some reservations about Bush’s Bloodlust, Sen. Clinton backed Bush all the way. This phony has blithely repeatedly authorized billions of dollars in funding for the War and can’t get it together to support real legislation to help the homeless.

And when it comes to the oppressive, civil liberties-hostile Patriot Act, Ms. Clinton jumped into the Bush bed again.

And, as far as providing constituent services are concerned, take it from me, an American citizen of New York State, who has experience with this totalitarian personality. As soon as she found out that it was this publisher of UP FRONT News who had been hassling her wandering husband about the Genocide in Tibet, to the point where, quite apparently on the direct orders of Warren Christopher, I was arrested at the Christopher for Secretary of State Senate Committee on Foreign Relations hearing room on the day before Clinton’s inauguration, she abruptly terminated her assistance to me with an emergency Social Security problem and, obviously using the FBI, had me investigated. The investigator, one “Mr. Zimmerman”, told me that “Ms. Clinton has asked me to take all your calls”, wound up his telephone interrogation of me with the warning. “You better not call here again.”

The re-election of this fascistic Eva Peron wannabe could well lead to a Pillory Presidency.

It could almost make you consider Lenora Fulani.

THE INITIAL PLATFORM May 2, 2005

Since incumbent carpet-bagger U.S. Senator Hillary (“The Pillory”) Clinton has, to date, chosen to use the de-facto-thus-far mainstream media (N.Y. Post, Staten Island Advance) censorship of my candidacy to ignore the fact that I am running against her in the 2006 Democratic primary for U.S. Senate, this would seem to be an appropriate time to release at least an initial platform – along with an open invitation to Ms. Clinton to debate me – anytime and anywhere. (My suggestions for initial debates include each of N.Y.C`s five boroughs, Chappaqua (an “away game” for me) and Binghamton (something of a “home game” for me.)

My campaign is based on a fundamental principle that human rights are pre-eminent. When there is a conflict between basic human rights – which include the rights to free speech, assembly, and religious practice, and the right to decent shelter and food – and what are called private property rights, human rights come first. In other words, to deny a human being a decent home because he or she lacks sufficient financial resources constitutes a violation of a basic human right.

In that light, my platform includes a demand that the U.S. Congress enact the Bringing America Home Act, introduced originally in 2003 into the House of Representatives by Congress member Julia Carson (D.-Indiana). According to a Carson staffer, Senator Clinton was asked to serve as a Senate sponsor of a companion bill and she refused. (The staffer, in reference to self-proclaimed liberals such as Clinton, told me “some legislators talk more then they act.”) The BAHA, which has about 40 co-sponsors, all Democrats, in the House, would, aside from establishing a National Affordable Housing Trust Fund, provide major financial support for permanent housing for deprived populations such as veterans and AIDS victims, who are currently at the mercy of abuse generating shelters and drop-in centers and profiteering tax-exempt “non-profit” agencies. BAHA, which – despite Senator Clinton’s silence (not surprising in light of her rather public toadying up to folks like Donald Trump – indeed Ms. Clinton is starting to look like an “apprentice”) is backed by a number of advocacy organizations, would also rescue the Section 8 program from constant recurrent bankruptcy.

Again, in the domestic sphere, I am calling for a complete revision of the fascistic Patriot Act. While any government has the right and responsibility to protect its citizens from terrorists, no small “d” democratic government has the right to use the terrorist threat to deprive us of the rights guaranteed to us by the U.S. Constitution. The notion that a government agency can by force invade public libraries to collect private information about library users’ literary choices is reminiscent of Joseph Goebbels’ approach to the right to read. Sen. Clinton has, to date, been a vigorous supporter of the Patriot Act – which, considering the intensity of her need to control others, might be renamed the Matriot Act.

Although the issue of “reparations” has been mostly focused on the descendants of the victims of slavery in this country, with N.Y.C. Council member Charles Barron (D.-Brooklyn.) it’s most forceful advocate, the concept of “reparations”, I believe, has broader implications. Millions of poor Americans, many of whom have been financially victimized by combinations of racism, outright corporate theft and governmental indifference, are due “reparations.” This platform calls for legislation to crate and adequately fund, a national commission to study the concept of reparations and to make recommendations as to the criteria, funding and implementation of a program of reparations. Call it (P)Reparations.

On the international level, this nation must make it a basic principle that any form of genocide is unacceptable. That being the case, I will introduce or support legislation that will call upon the U.S. Olympic Committee and the International Olympic Committee to withdraw its approval for the 2008 Summer Games to be held in “Genocide City”, i.e. Beijing, China, because of the Chinese Communist Genocide in the nation of Tibet. I will introduce legislation to require the U.S. government to adopt a “two nations” policy whereby, in addition to our continuing recognition of the government of the People’s Republic of China, we will recognize the exile government of His Holiness, the Dalai Lama as the legitimate government of the nation of Occupied Tibet. I will, of course, encourage debate in the Congress of the question of an economic boycott of Communist China and, should the 2008 Summer Olympics indeed be held in Beijing, calling upon the U.S. Olympic Team to boycott. There is no justification for a de fact repeat of the 1936 Hitler Olympics.

IT`S NOT A “CONSPIRACY THEORY” IT`S A CONSPIRACY!

Mr. Chi Haotian, Communist China’s Minister of Defense and Vice-chairman of China’s Central Military Commission, perhaps salivating at the prospect, predicts full-scale war between China and the U.S. With a cursory bow to those who prefer peace, the Communist war-hawk states, “We, as revolutionary humanitarians, do not want deaths. But if history confronts us with a choice of deaths of Chinese and those of Americans, we’d have to pick the latter, as, for us, it is more important to safeguard the lives of the Chinese people and the life of the Party.” He prefaces that with the openly chilling statement that, “It is indeed brutal to kill one or two hundred million Americans. But that is the only path that will secure a Chinese century, a century in which the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) leads the world.” The quotation is from the August 15-21, 2005 edition of “Epoch Times”, a non tabloid weekly newspaper with a heavy human rights orientation and openly supportive of, for example, the Falun Gong people who are being tortured and annihilated by the thug military and police personnel of the Red Fascist “People’s Republic of China”, quite possibly one of the worst governments in recorded history.

Since 1948, when the pedophile lunatic Mao Zedong defeated the Chinese nationalist government in a no-holds-barred atrocity-riddled civil war and established Communism, the Chinese governments have probably been directly responsible for more suffering and death around the world then even the U.S. government, which has for centuries, waged war on human rights all over the world. Aside from cold-bloodedly starving perhaps 20 million Chinese by withholding from his own people massive western nations donations of wheat during a Communist policy induced famine in China, Mao initiated the Korean war, using his psychotic follower Kim Il Sung, the dictator of North Korea, as a proxy in order to kill as many people as possible so that they would not have to be fed and in an effort to kill as many of the hated Americans as possible. Mao’s boys and girls also financed the genocidal Khmer Rouge, whose Maoist government killed well over a million Cambodians, many of them little children.

Mao practiced up for all this, and for his successor Deng`s firing squad and tank warfare in Tiananmen Square, by murdering sixth of the pacifist nation of Tibet, which independent nation state, he invaded very, very soon after he took over in China in 1949.In invading and occupying Tibet, and implementing a racist, Nazi-style Genocide, the Maoists have in fact, on a political and spiritual level, tried to re-create the cruxifiction of Jesus Christ. This is so because, as the readers of UP FRONT News know, there is clear documentary evidence that, during the earthly phase of his life, Jesus lived in Tibet. It is no coincidence that Tibet is the world’s only truly pacifist nation, led by a monk who believes in a secular democracy and considers himself a small “d” democratic socialist. As one might conclude, the Jesus residence in Tibet took place during some of “The Missing Years” not accounted for in the bible. Not covered. Therefore, are the period which might have included Jesus’ adolescence and young adulthood, not to speak of the relationships he had during those years.

“The Da Vinci Code” notwithstanding, we know nothing of, for example of Jesus’ wives and/or lovers – assuming he had any. (I think he did.) And, of course, the Bible says nothing about any children Jesus might have fathered. My somewhat educated guess is that at least some of the Dalai Lamas are his direct descendants. The Chinese Communists have, from the days of Mao, sworn to eradicate God from the face of the earth because they want it all. Just like some of the emperors who came before them and just like the Nazis. And the possibly even more unsettling reality is that the super-predatory capitalists that are in charge in the Bush-Clinton government are, regardless of any rhetoric to the contrary, the allies of the “Communists.” Red China is in fact a capitalist horror show of the “Robber Baron” variety, with the gap between rich and poor expanding dramatically and with homelessness, crime, repression, corruption rampant. The Communist government probably executes more people – many of them political, some of them Tibetan monks – than any government anywhere.

And, after the execution, usually by a bullet to the back of the head – the authorities sell off the vital organs.Aside from George W. Bush, Big Dick (Halliburton) Cheney, the two de facto draft dodgers who are literally bleeding the U.S. dry in Iraq, the Red fascist in China have a lot more help, an important part of it coming from domestic Nazis such as Lyndon H. LaRouche, Jr.; Fred Newman,; Lenora Fulani; and an increasingly notorious psychopathic wacko of Union Square fame Geoffrey (“Blankety”) Blank. LaRouche has been openly courted by the Chinese Communists. Significantly, LaRouche is also acceptable to George W. Bush, the Loudon County, Va.- based neo-nazi having been a guest, along with, among others Drew Barrymore and Ben Affleck at a White House Correspondence’ Association dinner in 2004, as reported in the New York Times on May 3, 2005. For those who still unfamiliar with the convicted felon (credit card fraud, federal) Larouche, this is a guy who hates jews, blacks, dark skinned people in general, condiders himself uniquely fit to rule America and the world, and hates rock ‘n’ roll, blues, jazz, “country” and any other music not part of the German classical tradition. And, just as LaRouche`s role model Adolph Hitler did, Larouche succeeds in getting a handful of Jews to work for him. He`s also made significant inroads into the African American community by setting the agenda for the Jew-hating Lenora Fulani.Lyndon LaRouche, like the Chinese Communists- aside from regularly denouncing real resisters (such as the non-violent Tibetans – uses a tactic which involves denouncing what he is. LaRouche denounces American authorities for depriving people of our freedoms under the Bill of Rights. In fact, LaRouche – like his psychopathic followers, including Newman, Fulani, and Blank – allows no freedom of speech in his cultlike political operation, an operation which is as close to a conspiracy as anything in this country. LaRouche`s involvement in criminal activities connected to the international drug trade have been reported on, especially by investigative reporters like Dennis King, the author of “Lyndon LaRouche: The New American Fascism”, who has an amazing website on the true nazi menace that LaRouche is at www.dennisking.orgNot surprisingly, the neo-fascists among us are infiltrating the civil libertarian community of those opposing bag searches on the New York City subways. While I believe the implementation of a bag search program without specific legislative authorization renders such a program unconstitutional, I for one have no problem in allowing a cop to check my bags. First of all, I`ve got nothing to hide. Second, I don`t want to unnecessarily make a cop angry at me.

Angry cops make me nervous. And thirdly, I consider the actions of some lunatic with a bulging backpack or waistline who is convinced he will spend eternity with 72 virgins if he explodes himself and many others as possible are far greater invasion of my civil liberties than a bag check.While I strongly doubt that Geoffrey Blank – who reportedly goes after anything, regardless of virginal status – is carrying explosives when he travels from his home in rockaway park to Union Square to once again make a total fascist ass out of himself, I believe that his encouragements to others to refuse cops’ bag check requests is in fact aiding and abetting the terrorists among us. As far as I am concerned, Geoffrey Blank, who has rarely shied away from the threat and/or use of violence – certainly against me – is a terrorist. And, significantly, Geoffrey Blank, who is fully knowledgeable about the genocidal practices of the Red Chinese government that employs the psycho-killer Chi Haotian, remains silent about the greatest threat of all. Geoffrey Blank, in the absence of a home-made bomb, is a terrorist.
